"This hotel is above a pub. When checking in, you have to find a bartender, which may be a little confusing at first. But the staff was very friendly and helped me with my luggage. It is more like a hotel apartment, but the environment and facilities are good. It is also close to the airport, and the taxi cost is about 15 Australian dollars. Very suitable for people leaving for the airport in the morning."

"Impressive lobby. Nice restaurant and bar. Front desk is polite & efficient if somewhat cold and robotic. Rooms are not sound proofed from the outside- stayed on the 4th level in a deluxe room- windows weren't double glazed and seal was poor- traffic & street noise audible and disruptive to sleep. Draft coming in from the poorly sealed windows can be felt. Otherwise the room was reasonably comfortable- bedding was comfy, the usual amenities and large enough TV screen. The bathroom was cramped and small, just functional. Overall, not sure if I will return again given the poor soundproofing of the rooms. The only advantage is its proximity to the international airport terminal. Otherwise just an average stay."

"The room is very clean and big, and it’s just on the opposite side of the international terminal. It was super convenient!!! The staff also very nice to me, since I don’t want to have the corner room, they offered me another room! Thanks a lot! And the wifi was so good, I managed to do some work before my flight."

"The room was quaint, but everything about this hotel was decent. The bathroom was big enough, very clean, and has top-of-the-line sundries. It was very conveniently located just below the departures hall. Because of its size, there’s really not much to expect, but the cleanliness and service are superb. I did have one concerning experience when my room suddenly was filled with the smell of suffocating engine fumes, and I was woken up in the middle of the night. I have written a letter about it; I am waiting for the hotel’s response."

"Arrived after hours, staff communicated excellent about where key was etc. clean . Noisy people in other rooms, could hear birds. Room came with ear plugs so that says it all."

"The staffs were very friendly and nice! The room was also quite nice (except door closing sound can be quite loud unless you close the door carefully/slowly). I also likr their shampoo/conditioner. It smells nice. FYI, like other reviews said, the shower doesn't have a door separating from toilet, there is only half glass door so you need to be careful when you take a shower or floor will be quite wet for your washroom. There was no pair of slippers, so you better bring your own if you need one. There's shuttlebus between airport and the hotel every 10-15min, cost only $10 per person, which was very convenient. ホテルのお部屋の窓が閉まってるか、着いたら確認することをお勧めします。（開きっぱなしだと、蚊が部屋に入ってくる）"

"Room size was magnificent. We are travelling with our 11 yr old and there was space enough for everyone. The staff were so very lovely. Special shout out the the early morning crew at the Restraunt. 5 stars for your kindness. You are so appreciated. Only downside was the bathroom and pillows. Like many a hotel the mold was present so ick factor was there (for us ). The pillows were super soft which made sleep a bit tough. I'm sure we could have called to change them out to something more firm..So that's on us as well. Great place all round. Location is amazing also Ohh before i forget. They have a long term parking offer. It's worth using if you are away a fair while. Even with the paid shuttle back to the airport. Check out the rates."
