Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, luxury bedding (sleep number bed in the primary suite), patio complete with blackstone-grill & seating area, AND Fishermen have plenty of room to park & CHARGE boats. The house is comfortable and set up well to house quite a few people! We had some friends join us to visit in the evening and we all had a good time. The house is clean and well-maintained.The host is very responsive and helpful!

Everything was perfect for our stay, we had everything we needed and more for our quick overnight stay. Plenty of space. Kiddos loved the ping pong table. We will definitely use again for future trips!

The house was nice and cozy. Not too big but just the right size. Everything was clean and spacious. They provided everything you could need and more. The special added amenities go over the top. Would most definitely stay again.

Texas State Pool Tourney Homebase We had a Team of 8 people who stay in this house. We all had adequate space to enjoy the company of others. The house was exceptional and delivered all the amenities offered online. We had a wonderful stay.

Close to town but has country feel Host is great with communication & check-in super easy. Home has everything you need (games, snacks, plenty of towels) and master bed is a sleep # & very comfortable! A country feel on a large lot but close to town. Definitely would stay again.
