todo excelente, limpieza impecable, comodidad en todos sus ambiente , atencion de los empleados cordial e informativa,desayuno muy completo, su ubicacion ideal para el que desea hacer compras en el portal Realmente iria nuevamente y lo recomiendo para el que desea una estadia perfecta

Acústica de la habitación pésima, se escuchaba toda la música del casino(retumbaba la pieza). Pedí cambio porque no podíamos dormir y no me creyeron. Me vi en la necesidad de bajar en madrugada para pedir por favor que me cambien. Necesitábamos dormir!! Subimos con el botones y se escuchaba el ruido apenas bajabas de ascensor. Según ellos habían subido y “no se escuchaba ruido”.

It was the 2nd time we stayed here while visiting family in Temuco. We spent 7 nights so I believe it is enough time to make a review based on our experience. The hotel is great, good rooms, excellent breakfast, nice pool and spa area. Great location within walkable distance to the mall, restaurants and bar along Avenida Alemania. We dine at the IN restaurant and it was very good and convenient. I cut 1 star off my review because: (1) the card reader inside elevators where you switch your room key just dont work at all. (2) the spa staff does not enforce pool rules. We saw people eating there, people without swiming caps, etc. (3) Parking: from Dic 24 parking is only free the first night. Then they just offer a 50% discount. They do not inform this change in the website or reservation emails. Even though is not that expensive, it requires stoping at the front desk to get your ticket stamped every time you want to take the car out. The hotel should charge upfront this as an option and ease the complete process for travellers. (4) Wifi in the 6 floor was next to nothing. I believe these are easy fixes, so I expect Management can take action and improve these.

Como siempre muy buena atención y el hotel muy cómodo. Pero, resulta muy INAPROPIADO que cobren el estacionamiento a los huéspedes, yo viajo de Concepción a Puerto Montt y en NINGÚN hotel pasa que me cobren por ese ítem. Favor revisar esa medida porque hace buscar alternativas de hotel en donde no cobren estacionamiento.

todo muy bien de la entrada a la salida del hotel, rapidez y muy buen trato en todo momento. Considerando que soy un adulto mayor Un desayuno digno de un rey con gran variedad de cosas ricas frias y caliente, frutas de la estacion y muy rico cafe. en la noche disfrute mucho del ******

Muy buena atencion.y estadia, en cuanto a comodidad y servicio no encontraran otro similar en Temuco. Tanto los servicios de hoteleria, SPA, piscina y desayuno en.general 100% recomendable. Recomendaria mejorar la atencion en los.desayunos.
