"Fantastic Location, minutes from 3/4 different ski lifts and easy access to the upper level of Val Claret for a bit of apres. The rooms however could do with a refresh - as a single occupant I was allocated a triple room - lots of space and storage - whilst friends in a double room found it very tight and cramped - rooms could have been allocated a bit better as the smaller double would have been fine for one. Breakfast was a mixed bag - cooked options weren't great but plenty of continental offerings to keep you going. Dinner was buffet starter/dessert with plated main which was usually pretty good - wine drinkable. All the staff were very nice and accommodating - however it was a tad expensive considering what you got. But as I said the location is fantastic for skiing"

"Hotel was very nice and comfortable, in a very central location. The staff were very helpful, friendly and the shuttle (driven by Eddie & Ralph) to and from ski lifts was really convenient. Spa was very relaxing after a day skiing. Only issue is that the bar is more of a restaurant and busy so residents need to book a table in advance even if they just want a drink in the bar which is not ideal. A separate residents only area would be a welcome addition. First visit to Tignes and it didn’t disappoint."

"We booked this apartment specifically because it advertised WiFi, as both my wife and I needed to work during our stay. Unfortunately, the service was non-existent. While the staff were polite and offered to reboot the router, it was clear that the hardware simply isn't configured to handle the volume of guests or devices in the building (I work in IT and understand this stuff). Because the connection never worked, we were forced to travel to the local Tourist Information center every single day just to get our work done. This took a massive toll on our holiday and was incredibly unfair to our 5-year-old daughter, who had to spend her vacation time waiting for us to finish work in a public office. Advice to the owners: If you advertise WiFi as a key facility, ensure it actually works. Be very clear about the limitations of your system so guests don't rely on it for essential tasks."

"Overall the hotel was very good, would recommended. Our room was lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi being a bit small for the size of the hotel and, the tea and coffee facilities in the room not getting refreshed everyday was a little annoying. "

"We decided to stay at the Belambra Tignes La Diva last minute. Every member of staff that we came across was friendly and helpful, which made us look beyond the fact that the hotel is rather tired. Check in was easy, and we felt very welcome. Our room had a balcony and overlooked the slopes which was fab. One thing I would say on that is that this side of the hotel can be prone to be noisy through the night as people come out of the bars! Our room was on the small side but had plenty of storage and the balcony made it feel bigger. If we went again I would make sure we had a balcony room. We felt the breakfast was a little disappointing - whilst there was plenty of options, much of it felt low quality - however it was fine to fuel up for the day. We did not take dinner there. The locker room is rather chaotic if you try to get out at peak time. There is only one small bench to sit on to do boots etc. The hotel is really close to the main ski lifts and there is a bus stop right outside. Would we stay there again? Yes we would!"

"Well, what can I say… the town itself is beautiful and full of nightlife etc, the rooms are clean but small but I guess you get what you pay for. The reason for the very low stars is because of the receptionist plane and simple. She is absolutely the worst. Her nick name was ‘Mrs trunchbowl’ She was rude, aggressive and not a nice person She made numerous people sleep in the lobby with no one to phone or access to get keys to their room. If you go there outside of check in hours she is not interested. Luckily our agent told us that we need to phone and give $300 deposit over the phone and she then gave me the safe key and our key was in there. There was many who was unfortunate not to and came across a lot of people sleeping in the lobby Even if she tuned up out of check in times and can blatantly see you there she will ignore you and tell you to come back at 5 and check in We tried to speak to her to ask her something one night and she did not even want to speak to us, to the point one of my colleagues asked if there was a fire would you speak to us? She came storming out and shouted very aggressively as we were leaving to go out My advice is pay the extra and DO NOT book here Our first and last time at this place I dread to think how much they are going to take off our deposit - expecting us to do a full deep clean before we leave…. We left at 3am are they real??"
