It’s the most beautifully designed hotel amidst many bungalows on a hill. We took many photographs on the grounds. Manager Li speaks English, which is convenient. Impeccable service, free airport pickup, free room upgrade, spacious spa in room, beautiful views, huge ktv room, quality skin-care products., etc. All-in-all, an exceptional 5-star experience!

雲南12天旅途中性價比最高，最豪華的酒店。
早餐分餐吃的很好，咖啡好喝。
房間巨大，裝修現代豪華。景色也很美，雲霧繚繞，森林環繞。
距離古鎮17分鐘路程，酒店特別好送我們過去。
反正什麼都好，強烈推薦。平時特別特別或者要差評才會上來寫評論。住了三天完全住不夠。

帶媽媽來騰沖度假，這家酒店超級驚喜，在別墅區內 環境很幽靜，視野也很好，媽媽特別滿意👍從門口進去到房間 都看得出來裝修都是實打實的材料，品質非常好～房間有一面超大的落地窗 外面就是山景，温泉水也是每天人工搬運過來的純天然的碳酸温泉水，晚上泡澡特別舒服～管家小姐姐服務也很周到 特別貼心，臨走還送了伴手禮 很喜歡❤️

這次雲南之旅住的最滿意的酒店，位置在別墅區裏面 環境非常清幽，酒店的設施、服務接待都無可挑剔，房間也是特別滿意，天然的温泉水泡澡非常舒服，感覺皮膚都好了很多，視野好 適合發呆放鬆。送的伴手禮也非常喜歡，值得推薦一住！

騰沖冬暖夏涼，每年都要來幾次，住過那麼多酒店，最喜歡的還是這家。房間內設配的很全的，很乾凈，很注重細節，服務態度也好，像回家了一樣。戴森吹風機、馬歇爾音響，掛燙機、香雲紗床尾巾…，潔面乳貼心的放洗臉池旁邊，銅製漱口杯，《我的團長我的團》、太有感覺了，在雲南不會長胖，還備了體重秤，夏冬兩款浴袍。泳池、健身房、茶室、手工坊…一呆就是一整天，餓了後發消息管家就準備好美食推薦，開車過去吃到了正宗的野生菌、撒撇、玉米汁……

最幸福的事就是曬太陽了，坐在床上看着陽光灑進房間，心情一下就好了。大泡池，觀景面無敵，日落時還可以追夕陽！！每天的雲都好漂亮，空氣新鮮，管家服務態度很好，資深骨灰級玩家行程全幫規劃好，體驗到了很多以前不知道的特色。等秋天還來看銀杏，推給想來騰沖的朋友們，衞生很乾凈，天然碳山温泉，泡完皮膚滑溜溜的。騰沖真的值得反覆來，每次都有不同的體驗。
