The friendliness of the entire staff was excellent, including reception, the doorman, and the housekeepers.
I'm giving the service an average rating, referring only to the type of breakfast.
On the Trip.com website, the hotel offers a buffet breakfast. It wasn't a buffet. It was a breakfast served on a tray. It had very good quality products, but it wasn't buffet-style at all.
Which I really disliked. I'll consider staying here again, as I travel to Morocco quite often.
The staff provided exquisite and very positive service.

Magnifique hôtel, emplacement parfait pour les visites à pieds, très belle accueil, j’y suis allé au mois de Juin de ce fait le Maroc n’était pas encore bondé de touristes, c’était parfait.
Tout les membres du personnel prennent soin de vous et vous chouchoute comme à la maison.
La chambre est propre, très clean et bien organisé. Aucun problème à signaler. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, buffet avec un large choix, il y’en a pour tout les goûts, vous pouvez même leurs demander de vous préparer des œufs de la façons dont vous voulez, ou encore un thé chaud.
Je reviendrais avec ma famille ça c’est sûr.
