Staff incompétent et irrespectueux. Absence d'une réception et les agents de sécurité qui s'en occupent. Il faut absolument payer 100 dhs pour accéder à la piscine ce qui est contradictoire puisque c'est un service intégré dans la facture. Les poignets des portes sont usés et les toilettes sont lamentables ( ressemblent littéralement à des ruisseaux) . En plus de l'odeur insupportable de la bouteille de gaz qui répand tout l'appartement. Balcon non équipé et manque d'ustensiles de cuisine. Sans mentionner les moustiques envahissant l'appartement.

I booked with free parking included and i can show it, but they still refuse to let me park inside! I am traveling Morocco by car so it is very important to me that my car is safe ! But still they wont let me park inside disgusting !!!

The place is quite near by the beach like 5 min drive. The room need refurbishment specially the bathroom and the mini kitchenette. Car park only allowed to the Residant if you staying in the hotel you not allowed to park inside. A/c was working perfectly fine yet the rooms facing the main road are not advisable as the road stays really busy and noisy during the summer holidays . We sufered having enough sleep as people bang doors as well as staff when shouting doors . The Appart room is not fully equipped missing quite few utilities where we had to buy them ourselves . Not enough hot water to shower for 2 people. Under other circumstances I wouldn't recommend it yet we had to stay here as we didn't find much choice during the month of August.
