In the resort Moraira, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 8 km from the sea, 8 km from the beach. Private: property 312 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Supermarket 5 km, bus stop "Teulada" 2.1 km, railway station "Teulada" 1.8 km, ferry "Denia" 21.5 km, sandy beach "Playa de la Ampolla" 9 km. Sports harbour 7 km, golf course (18 hole) 10 km. Het huis was neetjes, mag welk een beetje moderner. Er moeten meer handdoeken voorzien zijn. Deur van de badkamer was moelijk im van binnen te openen. Heel mooie zwembad. Maar 1 wc roll voorzien. Heel rustige omgeving en de zwembad was perfect.

Not suitable for families with small children, the pool railing is very low! Otherwise a good house!
