First, the good: the room was spacious, clean, and the bed and pillows were top notch. Parking was great. The bad: we were given 2 bath towels, one hand towel, and one bar of soap. Had to go to the desk to get another bath towel, soap, and washcloths. The tv had no guide, so you had to go through the channels to see what was on. There was a long delay between clicking the down button on the remote and a channel actually appearing. Bright light from parking lot shone right in our window, and curtains wouldn’t fully close. Noise from the freeway was quite loud. Breakfast wasn’t worth bothering with, and the coffee was awful.

Please don’t stay there! This hotel was so dirty. I was so surprised. I was with a group of 7 who had similar complaints. Right near the front desk, there was a cockroach carcass that remained there for three days! The rooms are dirty, damp with old, outdated furniture with broken outlets and scratched furniture. The Comfort Inn should evaluate the use of their name at this property.

This was the worst stay I have ever had at any hotel. We stayed 5 days. We could not get a refund. It was miserable. Dirty facility, no room service, had to go down to the office to get towels and kleenex, the floor was uneven, smelly nonworking refrigerator, never changed or even made up the beds, no help from front desk, and poor breakfast supplies. There was not enough food for the hotel guests. Quality Inn corporation should be ashamed to have their name associated with this Comfort Inn.

1. Musty smelling room. 2. Toilet would not flush. 3. Tried to call front desk— phone plugged in but not working. Bathroom counter broken and Fixed by a … child? Mildew on the bathroom ceiling. Tub looks dirty. Floor and surround have not seen a mop this week? So many things about this hotel say “we don’t care if you don’t come back.”

Came here for the biker rallies in Galveston. Galveston was too expensive so we decided to stay a few miles away from Galveston. They hotel did the job. From Check-in to check-out everything was perfect. From the staff to cleanliness and comfort. There beds are something else, meaning so comfortable you do not want to get out of bed. Even the blankets were really good. Will definitely come back if I attend next year biker rally.

Great Place. Had an amazing stay with family here. We had got a couple of rooms here and did not disappoint. We were having a family reunion in Galveston but the rates in Galveston were ridiculously high. So we stayed here and it was great. Clean rooms and very very comfortable beds. The staff are really nice and well trained and they know some good restaurants around the area. Will definitely stay here again

My family and I drove 9 hours just to stay in a hotel that was absolutely disgusting. There is rust in the light fixtures, beds weren’t neatly made, there is mildew growing on the window and etc! We found black mold in the bathroom and in the 24/7 fitness center. I hope a health inspector come by and shuts this place down.

We were invited to an event. I called to reserve a room—mentioned the group rate as advised on the invitation. The female on the phone was rude. She said, "What kinda group reference?" in a manner that was not becoming of a customer service representative. We will not be staying here. I can not in good conscience patronize a hotel that has not trained staff to be courteous over the telephone. Staff should exercise respect and civility at a bare minimum.

Had a weird smell upon entry... The room was nice however the toilet stopped up and needed to be plunged. Went down to breakfast at 8:10 on a Wednesday and there was absolutely nothing there. Waffles were available if you wanted them dry. Not even cold cereal offered. This wouldn't have been such a big deal if my husband wouldn't have asked at registration to confirm that there would he a hot breakfast. The female staff was rude and unavailable. We had to yell for her to come out of hiding to answer a question and then disappeared again. The breakfast area was messy with no attempt by staff to clean it up or to even kindly offer any kind of assistance.
