The hotel was alright but I think for the price, it should have provided more. The rooms are ok but not great. I might try another hotel the next round. The views are not bad if you stay on a high floor.

I have been staying at Vivanta Turbhe for last one month or so for business trip, and it was one of the best hotel stay experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and efficient check-in process. The room was spacious, spotless, and elegantly decorated, providing a comfortable retreat after long days of working. I especially appreciated the attention to detail-fresh linens, a cozy bed, and thoughtful amenities made my stay feel truly special. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. The serene pool area and pool-bar provided excellent opportunities for relaxation. The gym was very basic with few equipments and that's one area that can be improved but it gets job done. Chef lady (I cannot recall her name) is amazing. From quality of fruits kept to taste of parathas was noticeable. The baked yogurt was something to die for. What set this stay apart was the outstanding customer service. The staff were always attentive, ready to assist with recommendations or any requests I had. Their dedication ensured that my trip was hassle-free and memorable. I remember I had Chaturthi fast that day and team (Madhur, Sushmita, Tete, Diksha) walked that extra mile and prepared some custom menu for me. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area-whether for business, a romantic getaway, or a family vacation. I look forward to returning on my next trip with family next time!

Great stay. Complimentary upgrade to king bed given. Late checkout at 1pm was permitted upon request. Wide spread of buffet. In room dining menu is also good. Food is also good and tasty.

Overall a good and pleasant Stay with Vivanta Taj. I would be coming frequently to this property now

Location was little outside but good for people having office in this area. Food was good. Services need improvement but overall experience was good.

Got very nice deal and the over all experience was just awesome, place is very nice and beautiful...
