This is our 2nd stay here and we had a nice time. Siddhi Nikam (we love her) at the Front Desk and Pankaj from Housekeeping were AH-mazing. Siddhi has always been super helpful and kind and has a smile to light up your day. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. Pankaj was such a delight. He made these creative towel animals. They were so special and adorable. Everytime I entered the room that was the first thing I wanted to check. I was like a kid getting a surprise every evening. The breakfast restaurant was a letdown for me. Food was okay & sometimes even the simplest dishes weren’t on par. Also, saw that when there were large crowds (maybe office events or otherwise), it was a mess. There was no order and inspite of the many ‘managers’ there it wasn’t organised well. This happened on 3-4 occasions in our entire stay of 3 weeks. On other days however the staff were cordial and ever so helpful. Everyone from the security at the gates to staff at the restaurant (for breakfast), were delightful and considerate. We had a nice time. Thank you for being kind and making our stay comfortable.

Had an amazing experience at this 5* hotel. This was our home for 1 month. Themed around Hollywood, the hotel is clean, with many restaurants & facilities (Equipped gym & swimming pool). Served by several great staff. I remember Imon. Good service and another gentleman - Vikram on the reception who helped pay for taxi when would couldn't get change. I could easily mention excellent service from the team at the hotel. I remember Jayesh who was prompt to help and quite a problem solver. Very good customer service. Mangesh - very good customer service too. He assisted get us connected to telecoms network. Fast and also good command of english. Dining too. Great & pleasant services - from Aloviri - breakfast, Deepak 11th floor restaurants and the teams there. I may not remember all the names though. I also noted the room service team was quite helpful & ready to keep the rooms clean at all times. Suraj was very helpful in the gym with my demanding workouts. Not to forget the duty managers Sumit, Mayura & Aamir who listened and gave us a good deal. It's also located in a quiet neighborhood - Hiranandani Estate - A high end area in Thane Mumbai. Someone told me its the only 'hotel' in Thane Mumbai. True. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful place to stay with a great location and clean rooms. All are Friendly and excellent staff i can't wait to come back. Thank you for your kind work and i had my pleasant stay in thane.
