An exceptional hotel (for Greece), well kept, nice staff. The sea is beautiful, the beach is rocky you need slippers. All inclusive is ok, but I would rather they offer a breakfast only option, as one can eat in local tavernas. Nobody goes to Thassos for fine dining. One thing that kind of ruins it, but it’s not their fault - the area is invaded by bees (wasps). Almost impossible to sit and eat outside.

Wir waren nun das dritte Mal in diesem Hotel und haben es wie immer sehr genossen. Mit der Zeit haben sich ein paar Dinge etwas geändert aber nichts was uns davon abhalten würde wieder zu kommen. Die Marina am Hotel wurde wunderbar gestaltet und hat sich zu einem sehr schönen Ort zum verweilen verwandelt. Außerdem gibt es mehr Sportkurse was auch positiv ist damit keine Langeweile aufkommt - von den Kursen an sich darf man nicht zu viel erwarten aber die Trainerin bemüht sich. Der Fitnessraum könnte besser sein dort ist es nachmittags viel zu heiß auf Grund der großen Fensterfront und auch die Geräte hatten schon bessere Zeiten hinter sich. Die Mitarbeiter im SPA sind sehr lieb besonders die, die Manicure und Pedicure macht - Danke dafür! Was uns dieses Jahr negativ aufgefallen ist, ist dass gegen die Personen die morgens um 8 Uhr Liegen reservieren nicht vorgegangen wurde - es waren wenige und leider wie so oft deutsche Gäste die das gemacht haben - aber so ein Verhalten ist an diesem wunderschönen Ort mehr als unpassend ist.

This was our third all inclusive stay in Greece, and this was by far the best experience we’ve had. We travelled with a 14yr old who was kept plenty entertained by the private pool. Really well located for a stroll into Potos town. Right on the beach with a fantastic main pool. No reserving sunbeds; plenty available at any time of the day. Lots of options for sitting both in the sun, and the shade. The view from the sunbeds was great, right across to Mt Athos. Sunset views were incredible. The food was great, lots of variety and perfectly acceptable for a fussy teenager too. The staff were absolutely fantastic, so attentive and friendly; nothing at all was too much trouble. A very exclusive feel, quiet and calm. The perfect getaway!

First of all I would like to say that I've been to Greece on vacation more than 15 times, but I have never been this impressed by a Hotel. The Location- It's situated near Potos In the southern part of Thassos island. If you are traveling by car from Limenas I would suggest taking the western route, as the road there is wider and there are less sharp turns. The hotel- The rooms are nice clean and spacious and they offer a great view of mount Atos and the nearby marina. Unlike other all-inclusive hotels I've been to I am pleasantly surprised by the fact that there were always enough sunbeds either at the pool or at the beach so there is no need to get up early every morning and reserve a spot. The food- The food was excellent. Every night at dinner there would be a buffet and also a main course which you order from the menu and is served to you by the waiter which is a nice touch, also something I've never seen in other all-inclusive resorts. There was a big variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the pool and beach bars which were included in our all inclusive package as well as snacks such as sandwiches, salads, ice cream etc. which is nice if you spend most of the day at the beach and don't want to go to the restaurant for breakfast or lunch. The staff- From the beach and poolbars to the reception, all were very kind and responsive which made our stay even better. It was one of the best vacations I've personally had and would definetly visit again in the future.

Για 5στερο ξενοδοχείο ούτε για αστείο. Οι εγκαταστάσεις καλουτσικες για 3στερο. Το προσωπικό προσπαθεί αλλά θέλει βελτίωση, το φαγητό πολύ μέτριο και χωρίς μεγάλη ποικιλία. Η junior suite για αυτό που σου προφέρει αρκετά ακριβή. Η marina αν πάτε με βαρκα δεν σου προφέρει τίποτα σε αντιστοιχία με τις χρεώσεις της ΚΑΙ ΑΝ ΤΑ ΣΥΝΔΥΑΣΕΤΕ ΜΕ ΤΟ ΔΩΜΑΤΙΟ ΚΑΛΥΤΕΡΑ ΣΕ ΚΑΠΟΙΟ ΑΛΛΟ ΟΝΤΩΣ 5ΣΤΕΡΟ ΞΕΝΟΔΟΧΕΊΟ. ΚΑΠΟΥ ΑΛΛΟΥ.....

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Alexandra Elegance in Potas with fantastic Service, amazing food and good quality accommodation. The hotel prides itself on a high quality service to its guests and it’s very consistent in achieving this. A good variety of food was amazing all days with other options at other venues. We travel worldwide regularly and feel this is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Well done to the managers and all the service team, we were very impressed. The only minor issues we had is that we felt the sun shades are to high and require a fair bit of adjustment as they provide shelter for your next door neighbours sun bed! It’s an odd one and we’ve never seen them so high!They need to come down about 50cm and would provide far more specific shade to the individual. Also we felt the music near the pool and bar area was too loud and not particularly relaxing, It should be turned down so it’s more background music. These are minor niggles and felt this hotel was fantastic and a really relaxing base to explore the Island. Well done to everybody, you should be proud of your attention to detail and your guests high quality service. You made our stay at your lovely hotel exceptional, thank you.
