This was my first time to Turks and Caicos and I decided to go with Beaches because it had a lot of stuff on the resort not to mention the all-inclusive, which is always the best part. When my party and I arrived there, the grounds were beautiful and the first people we met were great. We did have to wait between 30 to 40 minutes before we were able to get to our room and we did check in at 3 which is the time you were supposed to check in. Once we finally got to our room, we definitely noticed right away the smell. It smelled musty. It wasn’t the best smell. We definitely noticed a lot of things right away. The room definitely needed a lot of updates, it was very run down. We have been to other places around the world paying way less and had a lot more in the room and definitely was updated with the time we are living in. We were told we were gonna have queen size beds and instead, they were full size beds. The decor was not bad, but for the money we paid everything should’ve definitely been updated. One of the beds the bed post was broken. And you can tell this, not only by looking at it, but by seeing that it was crooked. There was also definitely not a lot of outlets. By the beds, there was only two outlets one on the side of one bed and one behind the other bed. This was a very expensive trip. Each person paid just slightly over US$4000. There was no balcony And we stayed in the French village. I did speak to another guest who stayed at the Caribbean village and they said the same thing about their room that it definitely needed to be updated. The good thing about the resort was that there was a lot of places to eat, and the food was OK. Some places the food was amazing and others was just OK. The service on the resort was not what I expected because about 98% of the workers definitely did not look like or act like they wanted to be there and they weren’t the friendliest. A lot of them had attitudes and that kind of ruined the vacation for me and my party. At the end of the day if you don’t like your job, find another one or just fake it because we spent a lot of money to be there and if it wasn’t for tourism they would have nothing. The 2% that were nice they were amazing and did smile and interact with us. They were amazing. They were friendly and really cared so thank you to them.What was great was that they did have golf carts that a driver drove us around if needed to get to other locations on the resort because the resort is big and for myself and someone else in my party we have a lot of back issues so that definitely helped. There was a couple of times where we did have to ask for toilet paper because they would only give us one and with four people in the room 1 was not gonna cut it. Another thing that was weird and has never happened to us before was that there was no pen or paper in the room which we needed and we had to go to the check-in lobby to ask them for a pen and paper and they gave us one of their pens and computer paper.

I am on day 2 of my 3rd visit to Beaches with my husband and our 2.5 year old. My husband booked a T2 suite in the Italian Village, the same room type we've previously had and loved. Upon check in on Aug 28th, we were told we'd been "upgraded" however, the room was the same type, just on the highest floor (room 3622). Having traveled from Connecticut, we had all been up since 4am and were exhausted after dinner. After putting my daughter to sleep at 10pm, my husband and I began to turn on lights in the main room and bathroom. In the bathroom, I saw a small roach crawl under the sink. I alerted my husband, returned to the bathroom, only to see another crawling on his toiletry bag on the sink. I called him back to the bathroom where he ultimately killed 2 additional roaches, 1 on the bathtub and one on the floor. Disgusted, I walked back to the bedroom and I see 2 roaches crawling near a shoe. In the span of 5min my husband killed about 7 of them in various locations around the room, including on some of our things. We agreed we would not sleep here and my husband called the front desk and asked for the manager. Sheryl, the night manager, came over within a few minutes along with someone from housekeeping. She seemed equally as grossed out as us and said they already started the process to move us. During their time speaking to us, they were able to witness my husband kill yet another roach. Sheryl and housekeeping left while we started to pack our things. At this point, it's getting close to midnight. I am 6 months pregnant, extremely sleepy, stressed, and very upset that I have up disrupt my toddlers sleep due to the gross negligence of this resort in putting guests in an obviously infested room. From 10pm to almost 1am when we moved rooms, in total my husband probably killed about 20 roaches and there were more he did not get that crawled under furniture and got away. After packing and waiting for the new room, I literally had to sit and watch my daughter sleeping on the inflatable toddler bed we bought in the kids room just to ensure nothing crawled on her. To make matters worse, we were given an Ocean View suite with 0 pool view (something we prefer and what we paid 11K for). The room is not updated and even my 2.5 year old was disappointed with the difference in the room and view when she woke up and walked around and looked out the balcony. This is a horrible start to what will be our last family trip until next Spring 2026, since I am having a baby in 3 months. We lost 3 hours of sleep, had to wake a 2.5 year old at 1am, and had to change to a room we are not fully happy with due to a roach pest control issue at a 5 star resort. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear what we experienced is isolated as I have since found other recent reviews of guests finding roaches in the room. Sheryl said she was unaware of an existing issue, which I find extremely hard to believe. We have stayed at Sandals St Lucia, Grenada, Curacao and Beach

The workers that were near the washrooms are amazingly good at cleaning the floor and the property and was very respectful to me and my sister. Made our Experience returning back to Turks and Caicos excellent. The guys were wardley and walkinson

Beaches is an excellent destination in Providenciales. The biggest draw for us was the diving and the resort’s connection with Sesame Street. The staff truly go out of their way to make the vacation special. We highly recommend it—this was our second visit.

This was my sixth time staying at beaches resort. The resort and the beach are so beautiful. My family and I stayed in the Key West village. One of my favorite things to do at beaches is the nightly entertainment shows. Every show is always so much fun to watch. Everyone in the entertainment team is also super talented and very friendly. I'd like to shout out some members of the entertainment team that were absolutely incredible to my family and I: Dismary, Katherine, Jerina, Yenifer, Eric, Julio, Andis, Isidro, Romario, Ronaldo, Christina, Mariela, and Soraha, Kenton, Remone, and Andrico. I met a couple of the entertainment members mentioned above on my previous trip a few years ago and they remembered me. Everyone on the entertainment team is so talented with what they do and genuinely kind! There are also so many great restaurants at this resort with lots of food options. Some of my favorite restaurants to eat at are Soy, Mario's, and Bayside. I also love going to Café de Paris whenever I am craving something sweet. The mac and cheese at the mac truck is also a favorite. Vierge has always been kind to my family and I, on this trip and previous trips. They've also got some amazing pools and water activities. My dad and brother where learning how to sail with a hobie cat boat! The ocean is so beautiful! This resort is absolutely incredible! I've made such amazing memories from this resort and I cannot wait to go back!

This was our second trip to Beaches TCI and 4th to Beaches overall. This trip exceeded our expectations and it was great from start to finish. It is a large resort and we found it easier to adjust this time around since we knew the layout. Stayed in the Caribbean Village and no complaints about room- standard beaches room with king bed and trundle. On the 3rd floor with partial ocean views. We were close to the construction which was mostly not an issue but agree that it would be nice if Beaches acknowledged rooms impacted by construction (and compensated/perks) since we are paying the same rate as those in rooms not impacted/less impacted. The food was as expected with some standouts of the tuna at Soy, breakfast at schooners and the addition of YoYos/JoJos. Also the dinner buffet at Reflections was much better than expected- we never did full dinner service there but there was really good fresh fish almost every night that we grabbed after dinner if needed (or wanted!). The blackened mahi was super good! The resort is immaculate and the grounds crew is amazing. All the staff were awesome, helpful and the entertainment staff were very fun. Even though the resort was at capacity we always got food/drinks easily and chairs where we needed them When we wanted them. The resort offers so much and the beach and ocean are amazingly gorgeous. We felt safe at all times on island and at resort. We rebooked for next year as the discount is a great incentive.
