Ocean Front View Top Floor Coral Gardens!Sleeps 2 Adults & 2 Kids

Great Snorkeling right outside the door!! The condo was very clean, comfortable and we loved the layout with the bedroom a bit away and the fact there are 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked, but lacking hot pads-which the manager promptly left in our unit once notified. There were a few broken items (can opener, crack and leak in measuring cup) but we did not go to the manager for replacements, I'm sure they would have replaced so that's on us. Housekeeping, Beach and Office Staff were welcoming and friendly. The beach in front does not have a lot of depth, so there is only space for one row of lounges, and then walking room for strolling the beach, but to the left it gets bigger. The only downside was the daily construction right off of the balcony. It was hard to sit there for coffee or lunch. It was unrelenting. However the noise didn't bother us once inside or early in the morning while sleeping. The building is at least 8-10 stories high and blocks a big part of what must have been an amazing view. You can still see the water, but it is a narrow view. Our trade off is the proximity to the protected reef. We were in the water snorkeling 2X a day. We saw an Eagle Ray, stingray, sea cucumbers, and an amazing variety of colorful fish. We were lucky to have calm seas for all of our days so we could get in the water. Would we return? Hubby says Yes b/c of the snorkeling, I say I would wait till construction is done or ask for a bit bigger discount.

This property was great for us and our two children. Lots of space and nicely updated. There is great snorkeling right out front. Good food options in walking distance. We were aware of the construction next door, so we were ok with it, but it is a large hotel being built directly next door so there is a lot of noise from that project. It is not a problem when you are at the beach, but you can hear the noise in the room and especially on the porch. Overall, a great stay for us, but we travel here often. If it is your one and only visit to Turks, you may want to consider staying a further distance from the hotel construction.

Great! Fun place to stay. Lots of action on the beach

Lovely condo and beautiful beach! Too bad for the construction of the new hotel going on, but I was aware prior to booking. A small part of the view is now blocked by the construction, which starts at 7 am except for Sunday. Very quiet at night and comfortable. Helpful staff and great housekeeping. The Somewhere restaurant on site is very convenient. The reef on the beach is neat to snorkel around. Boat pick up for touts are right on the beach, too. Would return.

Truth Can not hear construction inside the condo. Not true, that’s all I could hear, had to turn tv up louder. Construction stops at 5 PM, not true, never before 7 PM, and went to 11 PM one night. Didn’t know there were no elevators (probably my fault), let the buyer beware. Condo is dated and in need of some repairs.

Breathtaking Besides the construction, which I was saddened it blocked the sunset, overall the property was amazing. It had everything we needed and what we didn't have Tyler was sure to assist and try his best to accommodate. There were places to eat within walking distance with Somewhere onsite, it was average. The snorkeling was amazing and many activities within walking distance. Grace Bay was an inexpensive taxi ride and one day was enough. We would definitely return.
