Wonderful experience Stayed at the property for my daughter’s wedding in Woodlands. Everything was great. The house is lovely and very relaxing, communication with the owners was great, everything was new and very clean. Perfect for our occasion.

Needs some TLC Great location. Nice house, but in serious need of some TLC. House is surface clean, but really dirty. The pool was full of algae and the pool guy blamed on rain. The problem was no chlorine in the pool and the pool guy not taking care of it. He never came back to check the pool and we had to brush it to get all the algae off the walls. The boat is only usable with a captain and a disclaimer that it is old and unreliable. Who would want to use it if it unreliable? Remotes missing in the home theater so we couldn't get it to work. And lastly the ACs can not keep the house cool until early in the morning. This is a beautiful house and location, but it really needs some attention for the price you are paying. The housekeeper was the blessing in the whole thing. I would not stay here a again.

Fantastic Property! Our family had the most amazing vacation at this property! The house was amazing! Very clean and well organized. We loved having the pool and the lake for the 4th of July. Because the lake area is very supervised our teenagers could paddle board and kyak without fear of being fear high speed boats mowing them down. This property was perfect for us and we really enjoyed our 4th of July week. Honestly can't think of any negatives. We all had a awesome time. Thankyou!

Perfect for family gathering We stayed for our son’s wedding. The house was perfect for our family with a bedroom on the main level for my elderly mother. There was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, playing outdoor chess and conversations around the large kitchen center island. The owner was responsive to any questions we had. I highly recommend!
