Perfectamente ubicado. Habitaciones modernas y limpias. Desayuno muy completo y rico. Por poner un pero, la luz del baño es muy oscura.

Hotel propre situe au centre de la ville. On visite la ville presque tout a pied . L'equipe a la reception comme a la salle a manger est tres serviable. Les chambres sont relativement petites mais tres fonctionnelles. Le nettoyage est bien fait tous les jours . Un excellent petit dejeuner.

Nice and cozy place to stay when in Thessaloniki.

We will NOT come back! We booked a 4 night stay online. We chose the best room available "Executive Suite". Since our flight landed past midnight, I emailed the hotel to make sure that their reception was open. No reply. I later emailed again to request a late checkout, stating that I'd be happy to pay if there is availability since our outbound flight was a midnight flight but again no reply. When we came in we got an Executive Suite but an accessible one. One that is configured for people with special needs. What that meant was that the bathroom facilities were lower, the sink was very low and hard to use for a person who stands and the absolute worse thing was a shower without a door so one could access it with an assistant or wheel chair. This also meant that every shower flooded the room. We were two people who had to use a shower and bathroom while walking in puddles. As we entered the room we requested an alternate. One was no not available. It is customary in other hotels to inform the customer when booking. For this experience we will not return and I caution you to save your good money and go elsewhere! I don't want a 'thank you for the feedback' nor an apology! Since you decline fixing it when we were there. If you, the hotel, truly want to stand behind your product then issue us a refund. Not credit as I won't be back to the area.

Nice city hotel well decorated and very modern . Rooms are little bit small but it’s ok if it’s just for couple of days . Bathroom it on another level , just perfect . Excellent location walking distance to main attractions. Staff always with a smile and helpful !! Surely will return on my next trip to Thessaloniki

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for our day trips. We would definitely return and recommend this place to our family.

Very good hotel in Thessaloniki The staff were amazing and the hotel is located perfectly. Close to everything. Breakfast was great as well as the service tgere. The room was too small especially the bathroom, when the toilet located very close to the sink.

So gut wie perfekt Vielleicht bin ich zu pingelig, aber einmal am Tag nur mit dem Staubsauger in alle Ecken wäre noch besser gewesen.Für die meisten Gäste dürfte es weitaus sauberer im Ermou No. 15 sein als bei ihnen zu Hause. Das Bad war jedenfalls untadelig sauber. Das Personal bekommt jedenfalls für Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit nicht nur ein Trinkgeld, sondern auch 5 Sterne.
