Didn't get support for cancellation. Full amount paid as advance was lost without check-in as I couldn't travel

I stayed here for just one night, and honestly, I couldn’t wait for it to be over. Right from the start, the experience was frustrating — I had to wait for almost an hour just to get the room allotted. And when I finally got in, the room was a big letdown. It was congested, not clean, and felt poorly maintained. The washroom was no better — definitely not up to the mark in terms of hygiene or upkeep. It’s clear that maintenance and housekeeping need serious improvement. The overall environment just didn’t feel comfortable, and I ended up counting down the hours until checkout. That said, credit where it’s due — the food was surprisingly good. Whoever the chef is, hats off to them! The meal I ordered was delicious and honestly the only highlight of my stay. If the hotel puts even half as much effort into their rooms as they do their kitchen, it could make a world of difference.

Excellent stay with wonderful food and services. Little bigger rooms would make it the best. Location is superb.
