Villa Bianca Inn

Best pace to stay on highway 17. Specially the pizza was so good. I never thought to have some thing to eat such late evening. washrooms are newly renovated and room was neat and clean. I love their Indian Tea.

I was travelIing to North and due to bad weather, I stopped at Villa. My stay was awsome. Also, they have multiple food options. Especially the pizza was so delicious. Front office attendent girl was so nice and helpfull.

We were travelling to Ontario from the West on the Trans-Canada. We were planning on stopping for the night in Thunder Bay but couldn't find any motels with vacancies so we kept driving until we ended up in Schreiber. It was quite late at night when we reached the hotel. We got checked in and went to our room. Imagine our surprise when we opened the door and there were people sleeping in the room!! We quickly back-tracked and closed the door. We went back to the office and ask for another room. The room we got felt dirty and the bedding was disgusting. I don't think the room had been cleaned for a long time. We would have been better just sleeping in our vehicle at the side of the road. Which is what I would suggest rather than to stay at this dump!!!

This motel in Schreiber Ont “Villa Bianca Inn“, was fantastic. Dee,stayed up late as we got caught in the rain and lightning on our motorcycles and didn’t arrive until 12:30am. Dee offered us food and drink and took us right to our room and opened the door for us. His smile and humour was much needed after a frightful driving night. Our room was clean and warm. Dee’s hospitality was better than any fancy hotel we ever stayed in. I would recommend this place to anyone. Forget about Thunder Bay. They just gouge you.

Clean room,comfy beds.glad it wasnt hot as they did not have air conditioning in the room. Great wifi and tv. Room had fridge and microwave. Basic but good price. We had fresh pizza just the way we ordered it.

Had reservations through another site. Price was very good Check in is in the adjacent donutshop and pizza place. When we opened the door there was a stale odour...as though the room hadn't been used in a while. We left the door open and the stale smell dissipated very quickly. Room was very clean, linens clean. furniture is old but totally usable. Microwave and Frig in room (just needed to be plugged in) No coffeemaker in room, but you can buy coffee in the donut shop just steps away. Heat needed to be turned up, but the room warmed up quickly Very few electrical outlets. In fact, there was a lamp on the table between the beds, but no outlet to plug the lamp in to. All in all it was a perfectly fine stay.
