住的非常好，很舒服，我們五口人住足夠了，地鐵離得近，房東很熱情，給推薦的景點和好吃的，都不錯，天津沒玩夠下次來還住這家！窗户能看到天津之眼，離海河，西北角都很近，西北角早餐挺好吃，早上早點去，還行，人不太多！

房間是小區裏的居民樓，沒有辦理入住的前台，有點兒像是接頭的感覺，由於我們衹需要大床房，本來的小loft户型的房子樓上就鎖上了，空間是挺寬敞，但是因為樓上鎖了，樓下就一個小空調房間裏很熱很熱！
WiFi就更不用提了 ，電視都能卡死！衞生間必須帶馬桶墊，感覺馬桶圈上黏糊糊的沒有好好清潔過！熱水器可以持續用水沒有感覺涼。毛巾浴巾都是灰藍色的，看的人應該懂吧
床墊一般主要是床品都是糊糊塗塗的顏色，手感軟乎的像在家剛睡過的被子，感覺沒換過，這床品讓我睡得很隔應！
小區一樓就有小超市，去西北角8/9百米出門共享單車就可以了，去天津之眼有1.7公里左右 特別提示，天津下雨去海河邊遊玩不要指望打車回來！

特別好的一次體驗，原本衹是打算住一宿，老闆特別和善熱情，找不到位置親自出來迎接，還熱心告訴我們怎麼坐車方便。房間特別乾淨，位置特別好，原本衹是隨便選的，沒想到離好多景點都特別近，離評分高的特色飯店也都很近，是在最繁華熱鬧的虹橋區。酒店就能看到天津之眼，離文化街也很近。最終住了三宿，老闆非常熱心，給我們推薦好吃的飯店和特色，還告訴我們路線。這讓我對天津這座城市有了非常好的印象，值得一住，下次來天津還會選擇來這住。

整體不錯，邊上就是西北角可以吃早餐，房間距離鼓樓很近，離天津五大道也是步行可到，可惜入住當日Wi-Fi故障無法看電視有點小失望。

非常滿意的一次體驗，為了早上離西北角早點區近一點，就在這旁邊搜尋了民俗。物美價廉。店主特別好，在微信上有求必應，我們入住的比較晚，還幫我們把鑰匙留在了郵箱裏。坐落在小區裏面，電梯刷卡上，很安全。走的時候放在桌子上告訴店主就行。因為是公寓，所以都是可以屋內吸煙的，但還是諮詢了店主，希望找個沒有煙味的房間，入住的時候發現，窗户是被打開的，一定是為了通風換氣，所以屋裡沒有任何異味，很貼心❤️房間乾淨整齊，設施也比較齊全。還挺温馨的。洗澡的熱水特別的給力。wifi很快。總之非常開心的一次體驗。離天津之眼很近，騎車8分鐘。離早點區也是騎車幾分鐘就到了。大早上遇見騎着共享單車的基本都奔那裡去的，所以一點不害怕不寂寞哈哈哈哈#衞生

這個民宿我太喜歡了，位置挺好的，離西北角哪都不遠，窗户外面就能看見天津之眼，而且出門如果想騎共享單車也超級方便，還有冰箱，買了吃的不怕壞了，有個沙發，兩張雙人床，房間挺大的，有的照片沒拍，推薦給大家
