While reviews are helpful, sometimes you really need to see things for yourself. The photos online didn't particularly impress me, but the actual room was much better than what the pictures conveyed, which was a pleasant surprise. It was quite spacious, and we didn't even need to turn on the air conditioning to sleep during the hottest part of summer (it helped that it rained a bit). It's conveniently located close to both the subway and shopping malls. Breakfast could be improved; it doesn't quite measure up to what you'd find at a 5-star hotel in Nanjing. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I was genuinely pleased.

Excellent hotel at great central location, right next to river walk. Spacious, comfortable & well furnished room. Professional & friendly staff, always greet me warmly. Wide section for breakfast, though a bit bland. Best hotel I’ve stayed at for quite a while.

We have booked 3 rooms for our few days' stay. All of us find that this is an excellent place. The room is clean, the location is wonderful, and all the staff provide excellent service. They're caring, helpful, and very friendly. All the best to them!! Next to the hotel, there are many good places to dine in.

Room nice and spacious. No street noise, very quiet rest. During my stay, the hotel felt empty, but it made that much more relaxing.

這次旅行能住上這家酒店真的太幸運了！一進大堂，暖色調燈光和精心佈置的裝飾就讓人感覺超温馨。前台工作人員辦理入住很快，還熱情介紹周邊好玩的地方。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適，晚上我直接睡了個好覺。智能設備用起來很方便，還有超貼心的免費minibar，小零食和飲品種類豐富。酒店位置也超棒，離地鐵站和景點都很近，出行輕鬆搞定。早餐種類多，中西餐都有，味道也不錯。這次入住體驗超棒，下次來這邊我肯定還選這家！附近還有張記包子鋪，早餐可以去吃張記包子

Though the room wasn't spacious, it was well-equipped. However, upon check-in, the bathroom was completely flooded. After calling, staff promptly came to clean it up, and their attitude was quite good. I'm not sure if it's due to the hotel's proximity to the West Railway Station or the subway, but there was a constant rumbling noise of vehicles passing by at night. This would be quite disruptive for light sleepers. The intern on duty the night of our check-in was full of excuses. I asked him for a tea bag, and he made me wait for an hour and a half (from 9:10 PM to 10:43 PM). When I called to follow up, he claimed there were too many deliveries and that I had to wait in line. However, both times I went downstairs, I saw idle service robots, so it was clear he simply forgot. The lobby manager came to apologize the next day, which seemed to indicate they were under considerable pressure managing their team. For a Hyatt-branded hotel, their breakfast was genuinely terrible. The salad bar only offered plain lettuce!!! The 'dalumian' noodles were incredibly bland – just plain noodles with a ladle of broth. The toast was sliced too thickly, preventing it from getting crispy. The coffee was decent, though. On a positive note, the gym was excellent. It was equipped with two treadmills, one elliptical, full-size dumbbells, and a full-size power rack. Although it shared space with the laundry room, the workout experience was still great.

what a beautiful place to say in a beautiful Tianjin. upon the arrival the entry decorations make you feel welcome. the staff was super friendly and super helpful. even when I was struggling as a foreigner in beautiful Chinese City, people are so kind and welcoming. Its easy getting transportation I would recommend arriving to Tianjin with Railway station on the West. they have a gym, a breakfast location and a robot delivering your food. the room is clean and big with a great view of the lake.

Parking is convenient, there are many parking spaces downstairs, next to the shopping mall, and close to the subway entrance. Tea is provided upon check-in, and the hotel staff is enthusiastic. At that time, I didn’t like the room type very much. The guy took me to several rooms and solved the problem very patiently and carefully. I stayed there many times. I will stay there next time.
