This trip was really pinched by Lanou International Hotel! The room is even more impeccable! The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view, and you can have a panoramic view of the city and night view when you lie on the bed at night. The mattress is soft and feels like sleeping on the clouds and sleeping well all night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and there is a large bathtub. When you are tired, you can take a bath and the fatigue disappears instantly. The service has nothing to say, from the front desk check-in to cleaning and cleaning the room, every staff member is warm and thoughtful. This is quite rare in other hotels and very convenient for guests to grab. Breakfast is served on the 21st floor, offering a panoramic view and a great sense of openness. On another note, staying on the 14th floor, the water pressure was a bit low, and the shower felt like it didn't have enough flow. **Hygiene:** The room's cleanliness was generally acceptable, but I found a long hair stuck to a tile in the bathroom. It felt like the cleaning wasn't thorough, which was a bit off-putting. Also, there was a small tear on the bed linen. I'm not sure if it was an oversight, but ideally, it should have been replaced. **Service:** The hotel's front desk manager took my feedback very seriously. Afterwards, they even proactively called us to inform us that the issues had been rectified. This was truly excellent.

I didn't expect to be able to choose a decoration style I like so much when staying in a hotel, especially the carpet in the corridor. I like this color very much. The decoration is high-end and classy. The dishes are rich and varied, and the quality is high. There are all kinds of Western, Chinese and local snacks. There are many service staff, all of whom are very polite and qualified. As soon as you enter the restaurant, there will be staff to sterilize the plates (hot) When it was handed to the guests, there was not only a big sister cooking noodles skillfully at the noodle stall, but also a pretty little sister serving the waiting customers with a smile. If the guests needed to wait a while, they could go get something else or sit down and she would wait for the noodles to be cooked and serve them to the guests. If they wanted milk, the staff would get it for them immediately. I have never seen such service in other hotels. I couldn't help but give a thumbs up before I finished my meal, but it was not time to comment. I ran around until very late at night, but I still commented despite my fatigue when I thought of it. It was really a hotel with great value for money that I encountered during these many days of travel.

The room was clean and hygienic, and the location was excellent, within walking distance of the ancient city's Fuxi Temple, Yuquan Temple, and Yusheng Alley. There are two elevators upstairs in the hotel. I went downstairs in the wrong elevator and ended up in the hospital lobby, where I returned my room card and lost it. I had to pay 50 yuan in compensation. Be sure not to take the wrong elevator. Even though it's a beauty clinic, it's still quite scary to find yourself in a hospital lobby at night.

The service is very good! They gave us breakfast and called us specifically at 8:30 to ask if we wanted to go downstairs for dinner. I was afraid that the rooms facing the street would be noisy, but they were only as big as the rooms on this side. At first, the front desk said that there were no cars on the road facing the street, so it was quite quiet. I think you may have forgotten that it is a holiday. People from all over China are coming to Tianshui. There are still a lot of cars. The sound insulation effect of the windows is not that good. There are cleaning vehicles passing by early in the morning with music playing. Normally there is a fruit shop next to the hotel, and there is also a particularly good beef noodle restaurant. You can see the river outside the window, and the lights will be on at night

Winter solstice warm like home, service meticulous I was fortunate to stay at this hotel during the cold winter solstice and really felt the warmth of home. From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was attracted by the warm atmosphere. The front desk staff smiled, the check-in procedure was quick and professional, and we also prepared the winter solstice special dumplings for us, which made people feel very kind. It is close to Nanguo Temple. You can feel the strong cultural atmosphere as soon as you go out. It is also very close to the ancient city. It is especially convenient to travel and play.
