Royal Plaza Hotel

Cheguei nesse hotel no final da tarde dia 05/09/23 pra hospedagem de 2 noites e NÃO havia reserva pra mim, apesar de estar confirmado pela agencia ao sair fo Brasil . Segundo a agência o erro goi do Hotel, já que outras pessoas do grupo conseguiram se hospedar. Falta de respeito e responsabilidade pra hóspede que atravessa o mundo, paga mais por viajar sozinha e chega no local e não tem onde dormir

We arrived for a weekend vacation, we were welcomed by a kind reception staff, a clean and tidy room, suitable for a couple. Everything is maintained and well maintained, a large and clean outdoor pool, a large and tidy dining room, the quality of the food is excellent and there is a large selection for everyone. Kind staff. The place is best suited for organized groups. Free parking near the hotel and in the square near the hotel, walking distance to the Sea of ​​Kinneret about 5 minutes as well as to Rabbi Meir Baal Hans site

Our Holy Land tour group stayed at the Royal Plaza Tiberias during March 2023. We were give a very good welcome to the hotel. The staff were dynamitic an were very helpful especially the manager. I would recommend the hotel if you are staying in Tiberias. It is however 20 minutes from the centre of the town. The food and accommodation were excellent and the staff service were very helpful. The bedrooms were spacious with many having great views of Galilee. The hotel is good but sadly the pool was not yet open for this season. The dining room could have been bigger but the food was excellent. The rooms were clean with good service. For those who want it there is a souvenir shop in the lobby. We made good use of the bar probably could have had a beer on draft. If the hotel was just a little nearer to the centre it would be perfect for any touring group. Worth booking!

My spouse and I are doing an EO tour of Israel and Jordan. When we arrived at the Royal, we were so impressed! Great view of the Sea of Galilee, in room hot tub, tasty fruit tray. The view off of the lounge is amazing. But, there were a few issues. We’re in room 910, and there is a distinct sewer smell in the room. The fitness room and pool are closed, and the staff seemed annoyed to even be asked about it. The in room tub would have taken a half day to fill to a useable level The meals were good, and it’s not the worst place I’ve stayed. It just had so much promise initially! I truly hope they can pull it together.

My family and I stayed at the Royal Plaza Tiberias on 28 February to 1 March 2023. The hospitality of this hotel is very good, especially the manager who is still young and welcomes us. this is one of the hotels that I recommend when staying in Tiberias. staff service is very satisfying. lots of food choices. spacious room. responsive porter. although the water in the bathroom is always stagnant and needs repair, overall the hotel is good. the location is a bit far from downtown but the rooms are comfortable. the dining area is a bit cramped for groups. clean rooms and floors. guests with wheelchairs are not a problem. my family and I have stayed at this hotel several times and their standards regarding quality have not changed. it's just that the souvenir shop in the lobby is rarely opened. there is a small bar in the lobby with ample selection of drinks. i am happy to stay in this hotel.
