Hôtel le Diamond Rock

Fabulous boutique hotel in Tignes au lac. Very good position with proper Ski in/Ski out. You are essentially right on the slopes and the junction to two,, of the main lifts. A real treat which I have never experienced were the team in the ski room especially the lovely Jeanne. She would have our ski’s waiting outside on the piste and would help me get my boots on and off each day, always with a smile. Such a luxury! The front desk staff all all very helpful as is JoJo the guest relations manager. The hotel itself is very stylish and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful. If I were to raise a few negative points they would be as follows: At breakfast, things like Avocado toast should be included and not an extra; The Jacuzzi outside should be a lot warmer and the pool is not as big as it looks in the picture The Bowling alley is a cute addition and the massage in the spa was very good. Despite my small negatives, I would highly recommend Diamond Rock to all and would come again

Diamond Rock, 4eme année, toujours le même plaisir, hôtel au sommet, rien à dire ! Le personnel est très disponible. Mention spéciale à JoJo, pour son accueil quotidien et « indispensable » dans cette belle maison. Rendez vous l’année prochaine !

We found this to be very unfriendly to families. We paid additional for a babysitter in the Kids Club and had multiple issues including the sitter leaving early multiple days. Hotel manager takes no accountability for any issues you have. Staff is accommodating but management is as bad as I’ve seen anywhere. If you have children, highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Très très belle découverte ! Le service est impeccable, on prend soin de nous du moment où l’on arrive jusqu’à notre départ. Spa et massages très très agréables. Au pied des pistes. Seuls bémols : trop chaud dans les chambres et lits un peu petits. Cependant, nous reviendrons. Merci à Priscille pour son accompagnement avant et pendant notre séjour.

The hotel staff were very attentive, especially in the boot room where service was exceptional. Only criticism was the lack of view and the flimsy bath.

Had a great week with my family . Staff were fantastic, no faults whatsoever. Facilities were absolutely fabulous. A massive thanks to all the staff and especially to jojo the head of customer service for her recommendations from restaurants to activities… definitely recommend to all those querying coming - the walsh family.
