酒店房間老舊，浴巾什麼的非常臟都黑了，床品也不乾淨

這個酒店看起來挺新的，但實際上不太好。熱水的水龍頭有問題，洗澡很難受。

I had a wonderful stay at the Real Inn Tijuana and would highly recommend it. This upscale hotel is conveniently located near excellent shopping, dining, and medical facilities. The entire property was clean and well maintained, with on-site restaurants, bars, and plenty of meeting space. My room was clean, bright, and comfortable, with room service available. I especially appreciated the generous counter space in the bathroom—such a practical detail! And my favorite part? There’s a Starbucks directly across the street from the hotel entrance. I love this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

If you leave something behind in the room , you can count on never getting that item back . Customer service will not help you , you can can call and call and they won’t help . It’s almost like it’s a game to them . Definitely will stay at this place again

I really loved staying here. The room was really nice, clean and big. The area is so good, with a big shop mall across the street and tons of food options all over. Very safe area.
