"The hotel is located in the city, close to the city center. The appearance and room decoration are good, but you can't appreciate it carefully. The bed is very soft and easy to sink into. The water in the wash basin easily overflows and wets clothes. There is no hair dryer, you need to ask the front desk. The bed sheets are not clean. After communicating with Ctrip, the hotel said that the check-out will be delayed to 3 o'clock. Thank you for Ctrip's assistance"
"I really like the hotel and staff but the construction noise is pretty bad and makes it very hard to rest. I know they are making improvements which is great and once the construction is done I know it will be fine. "
"Very good oh, good. I need to make up enough words for the sake of points, not where I live, and I don't know how the hotel is. It should be good to extend the room twice, okay"
"Right in heart of downtown, all bars & shops are tourist friendly along with prices. Few blocks from Zona Norte, if you like being in middle of action than Ceasers is your place. Family friendly, limited services outside of room cleaning but does have ample towels & toiletry with coffee/tea in morning. Guest friendly as well. Staff speak English but not having fitness center leaves it uncomplete. Pricey for limited options & standard room are tiny. Gets noisey if room facing revolutiones but ear plugs help. Ok for the money."
"Had an amazing stay at this hotel during a Music Festival. Definitely enjoyed the Breakfast Buffet and which was staffed by amazing and friendly people who went above and beyond to make our stay great. Celia did an amazing job serving our table and being highly attentive to our groups needs. Will definitely recommend this place in the future."
"Very satisfied, the environment is good, the space is spacious, and it comes with kitchen tools. I can cook noodles, especially for foreigners who are not used to eating local food. This is especially helpful."
"I booked a 75-square-meter deluxe room, but the front desk gave me a 30-square-meter standard room. After communication, I changed it. The room faces the street, and the noise and sirens at night are endless, making it difficult to fall asleep. When I woke up in the morning, there was a water and electricity cut, and the elevator could not be used. It is not recommended."

Great
刘刘Although breakfast is included, it costs nearly $30 for two people. interesting. As long as you eat in the cafeteria, you have to attach it. I don't understand how the Mexicans counted. The breakfast included in the hotel is only 2 slices of bread, coffee and fruit.
GGuest UserThis is my second visit to the Quartz for medical tourism. The location is perfect in a nice part of town and the upper plaza has its own level connected to the New City Medical building and so medical offices are easily and safely accessible to guests. Pool and spa were well maintained and a beautiful garden is also out in the area. Within walking distance is a market and a ****** and little shops. Taxis are easy to find should you need.
The rooms are exceptionally clean with comfortable robes and attention to details like lighting and temperature. The staff is pleasant and there is always someone who speaks English well enough to communicate. They are friendly and helpful. There is an upscale Spa and artist feel to the place. I will be back.
GGuest UserWell, knowing that this hotel belongs to the Marriott family, it is surprisingly basic. Of course clean but with little care in the interior, the lights the way the customer is received, in general, small things make life better, and here at this Marriott could have been improved very easily. In Tijuana people travel by Uber or taxis from the hotel for many reasons, especially because of poor public transportation, thus, customers wait in the hotel lobby for their taxis, and many customers can coincide at the same time, and there is only a sofa and two armchairs (3 squeezed and 2 like Winston Churchill in single seats) and nowhere else to rest yourself or your bags. This is making the experience a bit off a sort of train station-ish platform. The breakfast is acceptable, providing all you need, but the the dinning area is very dark, badly lighted, to be honest you can’t hardly guess the time at all. The furniture there is very cheap, and doesn’t make you feel I want to read tye newspaper while having breakfast but I just want to finish and leave this 7/11 store. I am sure that I might sound a bit picky, but I am not, it is very easy to make small changes, non expensive that can improve the whole experience greatly. It is a Not a cheap place to stay, let’s remember this.
AAmei2956The room is spacious and clean. When I came here, the smell was too strong and I didn't like it. After turning on the air conditioner, the smell was not so strong. The attitude of the security guard downstairs was a bit unfriendly. When I took a cup of hot water, I saw his disgusted expression!
The hotel can prepare a hot and cold water dispenser in the public area for guests to take by themselves! No need to bother other waiters,
OOctavio VenegasVery good location, clean facility, they have a kitchenette, refrigerator and microwave, you just have to bring or ask for the utensils and pans. It is located near a large shopping center, around the hotel there are several restaurants, from seafood, meats, broths and good quality. Exceeded my expectations for the price
RRB10The hotel is great, just across the street from Disney, a 10-minute walk. The lobby bar downstairs is very convenient for drinking coffee and beer. There are also high-end steakhouses and many affordable restaurant options nearby.
AAmei2956The price is super high, the USB charger interface is available, and there is an ironing board! But Friday and Saturday prices are more expensive! The dining area on the top floor of the hotel is very beautiful. If the hotel includes breakfast, it will be more perfect? I look forward to the hotel improving when I come out on a business trip next time and will continue to care!
GGuest UserGOOD: hotel is secluded and secure due to its gated parking lot distancing the hotel from public access way. It has onsite restaurant with outstanding Rib Eye steak for $20. Most staff speaks some level of English and they allow guest(s). Its located close enough to walk to night spots but far enough to get good night rest.
BAD: bed is not the greatest and linens dont cover the entire mattress. Shower has warm water, room is basic with limited channels on tv.
UGLY: gym is unsat. Everything is broken. Canvas roof is in poor state as it appears to soon collapse from rain water collection. Floors epseems always be dirty and walls between rooms are thin. Price increases during the week and overall property seems to be deteriorating.
