This home has two decks, a fireplace, and a short walk to easy beach access where you might find you have the beach all to yourself! Three steps up and you are on the main level of this peaceful home. The first thing you will notice is the unique art work done by friends and family of the home owner. The living room has a cushy couch and chairs along with a nice wood burning fireplace. Here you have views for miles from the picture windows facing the beach. The open and spacious floor plan includes the dining and kitchen areas connected to the living room. The well-stocked kitchen allows you to prepare whatever your heart desires. Whether it is a sit-down dinner around the table or popcorn while watching a movie - the choice is yours! There is even a small nook near corner windows where one could sit and write a letter, read a book or simply bask in the sun. Go out the sliding glass door from the dining room and here you will take in breath taking views of the ocean from over the tree tops below. If it is the sunset on a warm sunny night or sipping coffee in the morning the views are yours to be had anytime. Still on the main level, there is one bedroom with a queen size bed. If you can imagine waking up and seeing the ocean views from here you might feel like it just doesn't get better than this! A couple steps from here is a full bathroom with shower stall. Take 12 steps down and you have entered the family room. Here you have a comfy sofa and flat screen TV including movies for a rainy day. There is also a door that leads you out on a deck perfect for hanging out on sunny days. On this level, you have two bedrooms - each with two twins. There are nice views of the trees and forest from both of these bedrooms. There is also laundry facilities and a full bathroom with a shower stall, as well. The beach access is a short stroll from this home. It is about 4 blocks down a nice quiet residential road to the path that takes you onto the sand. This area is a protected sanctuary where you will see anything from deer to seals. If you are lucky, the sand will be low enough to expose ancient tree trunks showing you where the shoreline was hundreds of years ago. And if that is not enough - well there is always the miles of sand that lay ahead just waiting to see your footprints. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. Located in the quiet, wooded community of Neskowin just above the Pacific ocean. Every room makes you feel like you are in a tree house on this gorgeous secluded lot. Hear the ocean AND the creek. Steps to the beach, access to private headland hiking trails, just above the ghost forest beach (look it up, it's amazing). Located on the private side of Neskowin where you can actually access the ghost forest. Two very comfortable king beds and 2 baths. One room is a loft above the living room. The second is on the lower floor with a door. Not your average garage sale furniture coast house. Everything is super comfortable and a place you want to be. Both of the bedroom floors have space for kids and I just don’t have any extra bedding so you would have to bring that. There is an awesome and long staircase down the cliff side to the beach, but you can also drive and park in the lot. It takes about 5 minutes or less to walk to the beach and also to drive. There is a Kuerig coffee maker. Bring some pods if you like that. Often times there are some left behind, but no promises. There is also a pour over, french press and grinder. I do my absolute best to have basics there, Such as olive oil, salt etc. However, sometimes the replacement gets overlooked. Please plan accordingly. There is no TV. Strong wifi, but you are here to enjoy each other.There is a lovely pellet stove that adds such a nice glow and warmth for those rainy nights.There is also a vinyl record player with some fun finds to listen to.
