This hotel is a disaster with a" Big D". With our delayed flight , we reached almost 10 am tired and just need a rest but upon coming in to the reception the Indian lady receptionist (I don't know her name) gave us an angry face to do the check in. Although we are Malaysian but since we came in from KL with IC in luggage we produced our passport but she demanded for IC saying its their policy. We eventually gave her IC and went to the room.
Seeing the room was scary ; their beds was so filthy with spots of blood in their beds sheets and I called to inform the receptionist. She told me she CAN'T help because the housekeeping only come in tomorrow, so we must wait till tomorrow.
I brought down the dirty bedsheets to show her and asked for the manager in charge. He finally came down and after showing to him he say he will try help. Finally he took the house keeping trolly and tried to change the bedsheets and found out MORE BLOOD STAINS UNDERNEATH and big patches of stains on the mattresses. I requested for change of room but they say no rooms.. He tried to change 5 times and every "cleaned " bedsheet was also stained till finally he got some clean ones.
The pillows provided was grey and smelly and towels too were stained ,torn and dirty.
We booked for 5 days but we can't continue so
he agreed to let us refund the 4 days remaining.
Next morning , the new reception dont't know what to do , called their executive because no Managers available (1 in hospital according to her) and she had to get back on if they can approve the refund.
Finally hours later,they called in for refund .
Overall.. it's a nightmare hotel.
