Shearwater Townhouse This 2 storey townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs with additional toilet downstairs. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a large ensuite including a corner spa bath. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the property has fully ducted air conditioning. Main bathroom is located upstairs with separate bath and shower.The laundry downstairs includes a washing machine and dryer. Access to the double lock up garage is via the laundry. The property includes fast Wifi, Chromecast enabled TV, a BBQ, 2 kayaks, board games, DVDs and other activities to keep you entertained on a rainy day. The property has it's own double garage with remote key access. NOTE - You will need to bring your own bed linen, towels, bath mat and toiletries with you.
