Absolutely disgusting hotel, customer service was terrible, very old building and dirty rooms. The *** at the reception was very very rude.

the hospitality is very bad,blankets were not given and when asked for it,they responded very rudely. Rooms very not clean and windows are not closing which hampers security

Location is good. Just in front of trichy central bus stand. Autos available in good numbers. Food _ they should avoid using gar-am masala in south indian cuisine.

I am not satisfied, very worst service, not given drink water, bathroom damaged, no hot water, no complimentary, not given proper bedsheets, shampoo & bathroom facilities not available, both towels. .

It's just an run of a mill lodge which is being promoted as a good hotel. Fans don't work properly, linen is bad. The only solace is location and some great street food closeby
