Ok hotel for a night stay if you’re on a transit or driving long distances. Still there have many choices compared this.

Good location, beautiful hotel, nice staff. Really good experience.

Very poor cleaners at toilet, never clean after previous customers left, tissue left over dust under washing basin.

I stayed at Plaza hotel on a business trip. It is located very close to the central bus stand and surrounded by small eateries which come alive at night. The hotel has 9 floors and is extremely compact. I got the suite room, which had 3 individual beds. Two of them as twin the bedroom and an additional in what was a hall with a balcony. The sheets and linen are old and dirty, they replace them but the quality is sub-par. The amenities provided are basic and serve really no purpose. The bathroom is horrible. Taps are old and hard, the commode was cracked and stained and the sink had dark red stains ( god knows how old) Please avoid the hotel. There is nothing appealing about staying here

Booked for 4 days but left after 2 days . Wifi not working , aircon not cold & fan noisy . Informed Recep but they can’t do much . Not suitable for foreigners! Spoke to Manager , but was all template usual reply’s ! They need to do a major Reno to make the place attractive!

They had no idea of customer service. Hours to check in. They would not let me check in early so I had to no place to go for hours. Then charged $10 per day for my wife to enter the hotel. Terrible.
