Hibiscus Heights

Pick and drop off and the airport was seamless. The offer with the vehicle and room was perfect, there is ample parking around the house. The location is close to many different food places and beaches. Pool area was very nice for relaxation.

Friendly staff, beautiful location, clean appt. I highly recommend this place. First time i didnt want to leave someone's house 🤣. Being so close to the airport and spot on in the middle of all the natural sites and hot spots makes this place even better. I will be back

Disappointment. Place has a lot of potential but needs a huge upgrade Pros: Great location Friendly Host Great internet and cable Functioning refrigerator Nice view lovely plants Quiet peaceful atmosphere Cons: Dated and dirty furniture Fowl droppings all over the yard have to watch your step Poor and no lighting in areas of the rooms ...rusting fixtures Old ragged sheets and Towels Rotting Microwave Dirty rooms (tried to clean myself but broom was old, full of hair and mop big and dirty) Old and dirty pots etc. Little cutlery (one fork), plastic cups. no bowl. list goes on Roaches Cloudy dirty pool Broken chest of drawers Place needs a serious upgrade and to be deep cleaned, painted etc. see pics attached for reference some pics were too large and not uploading.

anyone who's visiting Tobago for a great vacation... jus call hibiscus hights and you'll have a vacation that you'll never forget..the place is dusty, the sheets are dirty, the pots and pans are filty and most of all the cupboards are infested with roaches. When I asked they said it's a fully equipped kitchen. When we called the husband he said don't call him back mind due we stayed on our vehicle the entire night until 12 noon when we were able to find another place to stay the balance of our vacation.

We visited HIBISCUS HEIGHTS previously and our stay was pleasant although it could do with some upgrades. However, in July 2022 our experience was terrible. There is simply no maintenance of the property. Our room was run down with peeling paint to greet us, non functional light bulbs, a dirty sink sponge, hair on our bed sheets and an extremely nasty smell emanating from an un known source. The whole experience lasted only a couple hours as the smell was unpalatable and we decided to cut our losses and find alternate accommodation. The administration gave several excuses for the smelly room.... None of which could be sorted... Do better Hibiscus heights. Additionally, we were made to pay extra to retain our rental car although we had paid for it before our stay. We will not be returning... And you should think twice about visiting.

We did not visit tobago in so many years that it felt like we were visiting for the first time. We were greeted at the airport by Mike who was an absolute darling. He was so warm and we felt comfortable. On our way to the villa, Mike pointed out which places we should visit especially since we were traveling with our 2yr. This was very nice as we felt as if we had our very own little tour guide. Arriving at the villa we were warmly greeted by Glory who was also so warm and friendly and Extremely welcoming . The room was very comfortable and clean, almost every day the housekeeper cleaned our room which was very nice. We had a request to change our pillows which were not very comfortable and within an hour we received a new pair of pillows. The car that we received with the room was very fuel efficient and we did alot of driving which was a plus. The area is very peaceful and nice. Will definitely stay here again.
