This fee is used to pay the community renter fees including: - Transaction Fee per Rental: $20. - Gate Card Fee: $20 per card. - Temporary Membership (age 6 and over): $8.50 daily ($42.50 weekly) in-season (May 23, 2025 through September 2, 2025) / $2.00 daily off-season. No same-day registrations are allowed (the cut-off for same day is 11:59 PM the day before arrival). - Changes to any aspect of the rental registration must be made not less than two (2) days prior to the arrival date, this includes Vehicle or Guest. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
