The space About this space KEY FEATURES - 5 large bedrooms; 2 kings, 5 bunk beds, 1 single bed - 2.5 bathrooms; 1 walk-in shower, 1 tub/shower combo - Large kitchen w/ bistro-style dining area - Sun-filled living area w/ comfortable furniture - Private balcony. Hot tub + nature views - Great for large groups w/ space for 12 - Big backyard w/ fire pit - Game Room with Pool Table, Poker Table - Pack and Play (We don’t provide sheets for the pack n play) - High Chair - 2 Kayaks (at Pines Lake) BEDROOMS Bedroom 1 (2nd floor) - 1 king bed and Smart TV. Its ensuite bathroom has a tub and shower combo. Bedroom 2 (2nd floor) - 1 twin bed above the slide plus a twin-over-full bunk. Bedroom 3 (2nd floor) - 1 king bed and Smart TV. Bedroom 4 - 1 twin-over-full bunk bed. Bedroom 5 - 3 twin-over-full bunk beds. All bedrooms have cotton linens, wood furniture, and large windows for natural light and amazing views. BATHROOMS The home has 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a tub and shower combo. Another bathroom has a walk-in shower with modern tile work and a rain shower fixture. There is a half bath near the common areas for convenience. All bathrooms are recently upgraded with designer finishes and lighting. KITCHEN & LOUNGE The kitchen is a spacious area with modern appliances and ample storage. The custom cabinets are fully stocked with utensils, tableware, and small kitchen appliances. There are expansive counters for meal prep and a farmhouse-style table for additional seating. The formal dining room is adjacent to the sun-filled living area. It has a large table, a beautiful light fixture, and windows and French doors leading to the deck. The spacious living room has high ceilings, hardwood floors, and large windows overlooking the wooded lot. It has comfortable seating, an electric fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. It combines the charm of a log cabin with modern designer finishes. The lower level has a second living room with leather furniture, a pool table, poker table, a selection of board games and two TVs. OUTDOOR SPACE This home offers a spacious deck overlooking the woods and fire pit, perfect for outdoor lovers. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or have breakfast as a family before heading out for the day. There is a propane grill on the deck and a charcoal grill near the firepit. There is a spacious hot tub for relaxation anytime. On the ground level, there is a fire pit with 12 Adirondack chairs for cozy evenings under the stars. The oversized backyard has plenty of shade from mature trees and is great for running and playing. Guest access You'll have easy access to your Poconos vacation home with a keypad on the front door, allowing you to come and go as you please without worrying about keeping track of keys. We will provide you with your unique smart code prior to your arrival. There is also a private, circular driveway with plenty of room for several cars, making it convenient for you and your group to arrive and depart with ease. COMMUNITY AMENITIES Our Poconos vacation home is located within a community that offers a variety of amenities for our guests to enjoy. You must pre-register for them 4 days prior to check-in. We'll assist you with the registration process and provide you with the link. Community Registration Locust Lake Village (LLV) requires a registration and your group information while in the community. After the booking is made, a link to the form will be sent. Please have ready the names of everyone in your group and the following information for each car: Make, model, color, and plate number to complete the form. Other things to note- We want to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Here are some important details you need to know: Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Parties are not allowed. For security, Ring Cameras are located around the cabin perimeter and a Minut Noise Monitoring Device is inside. We hope this information helps you prepare for your stay.
