"とても親切に対応してくださる、素晴らしいオーナー様でした 綺麗にお手入れもされており、サービスも行き届いてたので、長期滞在しても大満足だと思います 場所は思ったほど分かりづらいこともなく、看板を出してくださってるので大丈夫でした 閑静な住宅街ですが、どうしても周りの生活音が発生するので、他の宿泊施設であるホテル、旅館等と比較される方には不向きかもしれません ですが他の魅力が勝っているので、利用価値大だと思います また是非利用させて頂きたいと思いました"

"I stayed overnight on the way home from New Year's home. It was very good because it was close to the highway and there was a vending machine such as cup noodles in the hotel. I was saved because I also sold coin laundry detergent. It was good to eat the morning buffet very quietly. However, I was surprised that the hot spring was only for men. The room was clean and nice. I would like to stay again if I have another chance."

"The telephone and customer service was disappointing. If you're in the service industry, you should be able to converse normally. The breakfast buffet also only had canned fish. However, the location, price, and cleanliness are excellent, so I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind the above."

"Stayed for 2 nights. Good service. Onsen is good.  Breakfast ok. Dinner very good. Room is tidy and clean. The mattress and pillows are really very good.  Location is close to the airport  (30 mins approx) and Suzuka (around an hour). There is a supermarket just next to the hotel. And lots of other restaurants or drug stores or convenience stores nearby.; just takes 2-5 minutes drive.  If Route Inn can add the GPS (phone #) on the website that’s much easier for tourists. We drove from Toyota Museum and it should take about 30mins but just because we didn’t have the correct phone # to set the GPS on the car and the worst is the Google didn’t work well in Nagoya Ciry and finally we took 2 hours to get there!"
