Adjacent to the Tokushima station and the Clement Shopping Mall. So very conveniently located. I think it is always a good idea to book a JR Clement hotel in any city as it is always situated a stone’s throw or even adjacent to a JR train station. Highly recommended !

The hotel has done a new, but entering the room can see the age, parking is very convenient plenty of parking spaces, waiters attitude is good, its English communication is no problem, breakfast can look at the beautiful river view, hotel rooms look at the river view, overall is good

Well located next to Tokushima JR station next to long distance bus terminal. It is also walking distance to the castle site where it was the Sakura blossom season. It is a quasi-service hotel but all the amenities/toiletries are placed at lobby for self-service. Room was clean and breakfast is value at ¥1600

The twin room is very comfortable One bed per person is just right, not crowded There is a parking lot, you need to go down and ask before parking. You have to slap it to see it However, you can take the elevator from the parking lot directly to the hotel lobby. Not bad 👍 Great on rainy days 🤣🤣 But the parking fee at the hotel counter is 800 The next day payment is 1000🤣🤣

I had a great stay at Hotel Sunroute Tokushima! The staff were the real highlight—super friendly, attentive, and made everything so easy, with no trouble communicating in English at all. The hotel’s location right across from Tokushima Station is a major plus, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It’s a solid choice for anyone looking for excellent service and a prime spot to explore the area.

It seems to be a historic city hotel, with a wedding hall, banquet hall, and conference hall, and it seems that some people are staying there for conferences and banquets. It has been recently renovated, so it is very clean and nice. The room was very spacious and relaxing. I stayed only for a night, but it was a size that you would not expect from a major chain business hotel for the same price, so I highly recommend it. There is a large bath with a washing area separate from the toilet in the room, but there is also a clean public bath, and there is a coffee server just outside the public bath where you can drink freely. The only thing that bothered me a little was that the front desk was small and the lobby felt more like an inn than a hotel. Also, the door key was a PIN code, which was difficult to use. It seems that the system also supports QR codes, so I would have liked one. Overall, it is a reasonably priced, spacious, clean hotel that I would recommend to anyone visiting Tokushima.

Very comfortable hotel! There are mountains behind it. The environment is very good. There are many restaurants around. Chinese food is delicious! It is also very close to the Awa Dance Hall. The cherry blossoms in early April are very beautiful.

It is very convenient to walk to the hotel from Tokushima Train Station for more than ten minutes. Awa Dance Hall is just across the road to the right of the hotel entrance, and it only takes three minutes to walk there. There is a 7-11 convenience store across the road on the left hand side when you exit the hotel. It seems to be the only convenience store in the surrounding area. You need to climb over the overpass at the hotel entrance. The hotel's internal services and facilities are complete and perfect, and the service staff are also very enthusiastic. My friend lost a ring without knowing it, but the hotel took the initiative to return it when he checked out, which made my friend overjoyed. The buffet breakfast is located in the lobby on the first floor of the hotel. It is not very rich, but it is exquisite and delicious. Tokushima is very quiet. The sun has not yet completely set. Around four or five o'clock in the afternoon, the streets of Tokushima seem particularly deserted. Perhaps it is the chill of late autumn that has swept away people's enthusiasm for shopping. There are almost no people on the main streets in the city, and there are no tourists. The shops also closed early in the biting cold wind. Walking on the street, the only sound I could hear besides the sound of cars passing by was my own footsteps. The girls and boys dancing the Awa Odori standing at the bridgehead of Shinmachi River made me seem to have found a little bit of popularity. Perhaps, we need to wait until the Awa Odori Festival to see the excitement of Tokushima. Who says it isn’t? Escaping from the hustle and bustle and finding a quiet little town is the ideal of traveling. Maybe such a little town and such a hotel are just what you want… ⋯⋯

The room is not big, but it is clean. It's nice to have self-service drinks, and there's also a water dispenser outside the room so guests don't have to boil water themselves. Worth staying again🥰

You have to walk a little from Tokushima Station. There is a post office right next to it, but it is easy to go anywhere because both the port and airport bus stop here.
