The experience staying at Bvlgari Tokyo was superb, beautiful people, fantastic service, shopping mall is right downstairs, within walking distance to Ginza and the train station. The guest room is beautifully designed, amenities were overwhelming. Breakfast was fantastic and well presented, must try the swimming pool.

We booked 3 rooms this time all our family members are very satisfied with our stay the best in Tokyo and this is the only one hotel I stayed more than 2 times in Tokyo. No doubt it’s lots more better than Aman.

Fantastic service! We had to adjust our reservations due to a sudden sickness. The hotel staff is quick to respond and easy to communicate. We appreciate their willingness to to accommodate our change and we truly enjoy our stay at this wonderful hotel! Five Star service all the way! Will definitely stay again for the next visit to Tokyo!

坦率説，以價格和名氣而言，沒有達到預期。細節都很好，床品、淋浴、桌椅、浴缸都很好，備品也都不錯。但如果衡量了價格，就覺得理所應當，甚至不是很值得。酒店入口也不明顯，早餐也衹能説不過不失

房間裝修很喜歡，在42樓，景色也不錯。衞生間很大，很舒服。早餐是套餐式，比較普通，可以再改進一下。45樓的酒吧空間很大，還有户外，很舒服，看夜景不錯。

酒店服務熱情，地理位置優越，但入口並不顯眼，打了2次車，司機師傅都找不到酒店入口。
通過酒店工作人員預約了酒店內的2家餐廳，還細心地製作了用餐邀請函。2家餐廳都很棒，壽司HOSEKI有硬核OMAKASEI，食材無可挑剔。意式餐廳的氛圍特別好，適合情侶用餐，餐品非常有設計感。
這次的驚喜是酒吧，位於頂樓觀景台，有內區與外部露天區域，露天區域主要面向酒店住客，可以和服務人員提示住客身份，將為您安排觀景區享受微醺時刻。特別鳴謝Lily莉莉小姐姐（熱情的國人區域主管，為您鼓掌）為我們安排了一個絕佳的位置。
早餐可以選擇房間內用餐或餐廳用餐。酒店每天會準備新鮮水果和歡迎點心，晚上還會準備安神茶飲。Mini Bar中無寶格麗標誌的軟飲都是免費的。
寶格麗酒店絕對是甜點愛好者福音，蛋糕、巧克力非常美味，可以在大堂層選購。最後退房還會奉上寶格麗行李牌作為紀念。
