Very small space and room. Tatami style. Have narrow staircase. Reception is located at a different place. Not for those with big luggage.

Much better than expected based on their description: elevator , hotel-like hallway, open the massive card-locked door and take off your shoes, experience the Tatami room like in "Perfect Days" :-) good private bathroom, nice (Continental) breakfast, good neighborhood, nice "real life" shops restaurants and bars around. If you arrive at Nippori station, do walk the marginal detour through the huge cemetery.

チェックイン時、旅館の方が施設や部屋の使い方などを丁寧に説明してくださりました。 お部屋も清潔感があり、とても過ごしやすかったです。アクセスも良く、また機会があったら利用したいです。

房間很乾凈，老闆人挺好

非常古早味的老店，老闆英語在日本人裏算很好的且友善健談，衹住了一晚，體驗一下還可以吧。

接待的叔叔阿姨都很熱情，提前幾小時入住了也沒關係。房間不大，設施比較老，但是榻榻米住起來挺舒服的但是處在日暮裏街區真的很安逸，旁邊是谷中銀座，很多好看的小店，非常適合穿着和服逛街拍照，日暮裏車站去市中心和成田機場都很方便。

老闆人超級好～ 住得單人間 不大但完全夠用 旅館離千代田線很近 門口就一個711 離成田空港快線日暮裏也就不到10分鐘步行路程

空間大 很日式 但是wifi很差

I had another wonderful and comfortable stay at Annex Katsutaro Ryokan. One of the best parts is the location. The ryokan is located near both the JR Yamanote line (Nippori Station) and the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda line (Sendagi Station), which offers convenient access to various parts of Tokyo and beyond. Also, Yanaka is a very charming neighborhood, and I enjoyed my morning walks very much. I look forward to visiting again!

Very comfortable and welcoming! Staff is very sweet, and it feels homey. Clean, relaxing and spacious too.

It is no Japanese Ryokan… but a shop establishment with a few rooms on higher floor in a by lane. You get to sleep on top of two thin mattresses laid on top of one another. No daily cleaning, we stayed for four, despite requests room not cleaned. There are much better and professional options nearby…

Excellent location- near stations, shops, restaurants/cafes, konbini, and more! All staff I encountered were very kind and capable of communicating in both Japanese and English. The Japanese style room allowed for a unique experience for foreigners, with the privacy and comfort you would expect of any hotel. I'd stay here again!

Great stay! Room was simple but clean and easy to stay in. Close to the SENDAGI train station. Shower pressure was amazing. If you are not used to sleeping on a tatami, know that it is on the firm side. Would stay here again.

Lovely property with friendly, helpful service. I have been staying here many times overbthe pastv20 years and keep coming back.
