非常好服務

位置非常方便，就緊挨着地鐵閘機，門口還有便利店和壽司店，街對面有堂吉訶德，附近幾家拉麪很好吃。 五反田到新宿、澀谷、品川都很近，到銀座稍遠但也衹要20分鐘左右 房間面積不大，但是物品齊全，甚至有個浴缸。家電質量不錯，凈化器是戴森的

Very conveniently located. Spacious and new for Tokyo standards.

地理位置，進出山手線非常方便，但是去各個熱門景點都需乘車，附近沒有可逛的風景。 購物，周邊商店很多很方便。 吃飯，強烈推薦無印良品樓上八樓的和牛套餐，非常非常棒，摺合人民幣八九十塊錢一餐，超值。 房間不大，但是一人住足夠了。衞生乾淨，但最後一晚我第一次用了睡衣，一衹蟲子。。。。爬上了我的背。啊啊啊！！ 服務很好，半夜十二點遇到沐浴故障，半長頭髮的小夥子很積極解決問題。 地鐵噪音幾乎可以忽略不計。 酒店提供幾乎所有洗護用品，很棒。 推薦獨自旅遊。家庭遊的話，應該住的離市中心更近才方便。

酒店位置非常好，出了五反田站就到，周圍便利店、超市很近，非常方便。酒店自助設施齊全，服務也很好。下次再來還會選擇這裏。

交通非常方便，周圍商業影視多。乾淨性價比高，服務員很禮貌

This is not the first time I stayed in JR East Hotel Mets Premier Gotanda. The reason I chose this hotel again was not only because of the location (it sits right on top of the Gotanda station which is very convenient), but also because of the super friendly staff. For instance, I asked the receptionists where I could pick up a sim card for my phone in nearby store. They not only searched it for me, but also printed out the map to show me how to get them. They did one further: They called the store to ensure that they had the card. The other occasion was, I wanted to go to a restaurant but I only got the address, the staff googled it, printed out the map and gave me thorough instructions how to get there. I appreciated their service very much. The room is not super big, but good enough for two people. It is clean, and it separates the shower area and the washroom area, which is very nice. One thing I really like in the room is the mini massager; I used it every single night to smooth my back and legs. Since I enjoyed it so much, I bought one home. For sure I will stay in this hotel again next time when I visit Tokyo.

每次去東京首選的酒店，地理位置非常優越，出五反田地鐵站就到了，房間大小在東京已經算不錯了，員工也非常熱情周到，很喜歡的酒店。

Very clean and great location. It is right above the station so travelling was very easy.

酒店不太負責任。對客户的需求不滿足，還找各種理由。房間挨鐵軌的很吵。房間小的可憐.服務差。

出行非常便利，酒店樓下就有兩條地鐵線路，一條相當於內環的山手線，一條淺草線，需要離開東京去新宿車站搭乘Highway bus也很快，十幾分鍾就到，追求交通便利的首選。 前台服務好，響應很快態度很好，還有懂中文的前台工作人員小夥子，會很熱心幫着我們一起查詢location。 入住時可以自取盥洗用品，品類豐富牌子也不錯，除了常規的盥洗之外還有卸粧、面膜和水果茶包，大大加分。 以後去東京一定還會再選這家賓館的～
