The hotel location is very nice. The bed is super as my husband said they are really comfortable. Only an accident is that the front desk agent wrote the room key with a wrong number for us, I bet she needs a rest, not focusing at work. The room is typical small as you could find in Japan. But it is clean and neat. I think it is not a bad option.

The location is around 2 minutes from Asakusa exit of Ueno station. At this exit has no elevator, it needs to carry luggages up-down stairs. The room is very nice and staffs are welcome.

I love how accessible the hotel.
Its tiny hotel but fully equipped, the bath salt is amazing, they provide tea bag with caramel apple flavour, it’s surprisingly really sweet.
The reception n staff was really kind and nice, all the check in n check out was smooth.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at a delightful hotel in Ueno, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! Its location is simply perfect—just footsteps away from nUeno Station, and even the Shinkansen train station. This makes getting around Tokyo and beyond incredibly convenient, whether you're heading to popular attractions or venturing out to other cities.
The hotel itself has a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. My room was neatly decorated and provided a relaxing space after a long day of exploring.
Surrounding the hotel are plenty of charming restaurants and shops, allowing you to immerse yourself in the local culture. Ueno's vibrant streets and nearby Ueno Park offer a perfect blend of excitement and tranquility.
If you're looking for a convenient and comfortable base to explore Tokyo, this hotel is an excellent choice. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Location was perfect, just a 3min walk from Ueno Station exit 9. It is also close to walking street, lots of food and drugstore available. Hotel amenities you can collect at the lobby, they have everything you need. Room cleanliness is good, room space is decent, just a little cramp if you have a 24inch luggage. There is a payment of 800 yen tax per room.

Decent sized and clean rooms for a short stay. We stayed here for a night after arriving in Tokyo late evening. Hotel is near to Ueno station which can be accessed directly from Narita Airport, which makes it very convenient. Plenty of food and shops nearby that opens till late too.
