I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Tokyo and really enjoyed it. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the Ueno shopping area, with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and attractions.
The room was surprisingly spacious compared to typical city hotels, very clean, and felt quite new. The bed was comfortable, and overall, it was a very pleasant and convenient place to stay.
Highly recommended if you're looking for a well-located and comfortable hotel in Tokyo.

This is my third time staying ❤️ hotel is really near Okachimachi JR line. Near halal yakiniku, halal ramen and few other halal eateries. Uniqlo and onitsuka shop nearby. Very close to Ueno too- 10 mins walk. My favorite home away from home in Tokyo ❤️ the only area of improvement is if the lift can be faster - there are only 2 lifts

The location of the hotel is super good. A lot of station around there, 1 mins to JR Okachimachi station, 5 mins to Ueno station. Ameyoko is very near hotel also.
After check-in on 2nd floor, you may choose type of pillows and amenity. You may enjoy free coffee and chocolate during your stay which hotel provides.
Room is quite small with locked air-con. It only provides heat but no cool. Guests cannot adjust the temperature. We can accepts in winter but not sure whether it provides cool in the summer.

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
The staff spoke rudely to us, and if we had any questions or didn’t understand something, their attitude got even worse—especially the staff at the lobby.
I stayed for six nights and didn’t encounter a single receptionist with good manners. Their service was unfriendly, and they seemed ready to scold you at any moment.
The only exception was the housekeeping staff on the floors; they were polite and helpful.
The hotel only provides one pillow per person. If you need more, you have to go pick it up yourself at the lobby—and there might not be any left if you arrive too late.
The rooms don’t have air conditioning. If it gets too hot, the hotel will provide you with a small fan instead.
Needless to say, I absolutely would not recommend anyone to stay here.

the location is perfect with several convenience store around, JR, Metro with different lines and skyliner are just within 10 mins walk distance. lots of shops, restaurants nearby, basically you can get most you need to buy in this area.
The room is small yet expected, typical Japanese Hotel room, but its clean and basically have what you need. i appreciate theres extra pillow that you can pick with different functions at the lobby which is important to me.
