1st time in Tokyo. A friend of my book this hotel. Had a good 1st time impression of the hotel. It was equipped with a series of hair devices, plugs, facial devices besides the travel packed face products and packed beverages that you can bring up to the room. The staff was extremely patience with ne asking about booking of airport buses although it is not part of a transport service in the hotel. Went through patiently with me using Google translate and helping me on apps using their own devices. Though there was a tiny hipup about room aircon control in japanese words and met with 1 of them coming into my room with lesser patient towards by queries. Nevertheless, overall happy with the nice smiley night counter staff and the provisions in the hotels. Love it. Minutes to Shopping/tax free shops/family marts/ pharmacies/electrical and food. A night life area. Huge malls, cafes and train station less then minutes away. Plus Airport bus is just 3-5minutes behind the hotel. Very convenient for me. I love it. I book the smallest room because each of us have our own room. Very clean and safe with provisions on needed essentials. Left everything I bought in there with room cleaning service daily. Got a electronic card ready hanging on the wall, so u do not need to request an extra card to slot into the room card slot. Laundry service avail. I sleep better in their bed than at home 😁.
