除了小沒毛病，位置離機場大巴，新橋地鐵站都很近

Ginza Hotel was okay. Everything that was written in the description, everything was fulfilled. Room is very small, but the location is great. Hotel is pretty old, you can notice that in the room: carpet, doors, furniture... But it was clean. The toilet is actually normal - normal size and clean too. The stuff from the hotel was nice, they speak English and they offer you a lot of “assets” on the reception table. You can take extra free cremes, teas, and some other stuff. There is a Family Mart in the hotel building that works 24h.

Not a good hotel. Unclean if you look under the bed Pretty disgusting stuff like toe nails

The hotel is really nice and the location is good good in middle of Shimbashi and ginza and close to all shop. Will stay again when next visit

部屋が暗すぎる

조식좋고, 위치가 신바시역 부근으로 이동하기 편리합니다.

방이 좁아서 캐리어 열기가 좀 힘들었지만 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 나리타공항도 한방에 가고 돈키호테도 5분컷이라 매일 다녀왔어요.

Great location to discover Tokyo. Quiet and clean. Friendly staff. Free drinks (incl. Coffee) available all day.

Booking this hotel was easy through Trip. Pros: location is amazing. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Cons: the hotel is quite dated and could use with a major facelift on the inside. I didn't realise I had booked a smoking room (my fault) so the smell of the entire floor was unpleasant. The elevator makes a mandatory stop at reception on the 2nd floor no matter up or down which was a pain. The view (for those that care) is non existent. You are staring at metal structural supports to the building. Overall would book again given the location now that I know what to expect.

兩樓還有小的會客室，非常方便。

조식이 먝을게 없어요. 나머지 위치 청결도는 좋아요

화장실에서 곰팡이 냄새가 났습니다. 청소가 제대로 되지않는건지 거울 밑에 까만 곰팡이가 많았습니다.

담배냄새가 너무 심하고 냉장고가 안 시원했어요. 프론트에 연락해서 바꿔달라했지만 의사소통이 너무 안 됐어요.. 일본어를 못 하시면 소통이 어려울 것 같습니다...
