Tokyo Toshima Ward Hotels

5mins walk to West exit of JR Ikebukuro. Lots of cafe nearby, like Sarutahiko Coffee. St Marc, Tully’s and Doutor coffee. The front entrance of the hotel is just a min walk away from renown cake shop in Lumine, Harbs. It is so perfect for cake and coffee lovers! Front office staff were so attentive and spoke good English. We also tried buffet dinner at a lobby restaurant with resident discount of 500yen off because it advertised on room TV. Can’t expect much for food quality but the price was so good. Will definitely stay there if I return for a visit.

Nice big hotel connected with sunshine city shopping mall, family mart is in hotel first floor, but need 10mins walk to nearly station.,Along the way to station there’s a lot of shops to see so not a problem for walk.Staff is minimum English but very helpful ✔️ One of the best for this hotel is airport limousine is right infront of the hotel!

Dormy Inn Ikebukuro Natural Hot Spring exceeded my expectations in every way! From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed by the warm and professional staff, who made the entire stay seamless. The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the natural hot spring onsen—a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Tokyo. The soothing waters helped relieve any travel fatigue, and the facility was impeccably clean. If you're looking for a relaxing, well-located stay with great amenities, Dormy Inn Ikebukuro Natural Hot Spring is a fantastic choice. I’d definitely come back for another visit!

My most favourite accommodation in Japan! Not only clean, location is quiet and good( near to sunshine city prince hotel, direct Limousine bus from Narita airport , worried free!). All the necessary items given ( facial cleaning oil, cleanser, toner, cream, hair oil). The room is spacious and comfortable , two pillows given, staffs are nice, breakfast ok. Recommend for solo travellers and family stay too.

Room is small but that’s expected in Japan. Booked 2 rooms and one was a corner room which is slightly bigger. The washer/dryer was really convenient and they provided detergent as well, it takes about 2h40mins for one cycle. Location was great and they have free coffee and water bottles in the lobby area. Amenities are placed beside the reception and it’s self service. Cleaning services are optional with a fee, but you can request for towel changes and clearing the dustbin by sticking a magnetic label on your door. Overall, very satisfied.

Very conveniently located with just a stone’s throw away (less than 5 minutes walk) from Ikebukuro Station (one of the major train interchange in Tokyo) East North Exit. The hotel is a bit dated but well-maintained. We stayed in a Casual Twin Room (smaller of all Twin Rooms) and though the room size was rather small, we didn’t feel uncomfortable nor claustrophobic. Service was friendly and prompt. The best part was a Fanily Mart convenience store right below. There’s also a 24-hour Ichiran Ramen about a minute walk away so you’ll never go hungry.

The hotel is located very close to Ikebukuro station. Fastest way to get to the hotel by public transportation is to take the Skyliner from Narita to Nippori station then transfer from Nippori to Ikebukuro station. The room is a bit on the small side but it’s very clean and the customer service at this hotel is top notch! The positive feedback regarding the customer service was one of my reasons for booking our stay here. There are so many cafes, restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. I would stay here again. 😊

The hotel was absolutely fantastic! It's compact but incredibly well-equipped, having everything you could possibly need. The staff provided excellent service, and there was a great variety of breakfast options in the morning. In the evenings, you could even unwind with a relaxing bath and a drink. I had initially worried the hotel's location might be a bit out of the way, but it turned out to be incredibly convenient during our stay. There's a Family Mart right downstairs, and nearby you'll find a subway station, Don Quijote, various beauty stores, and a plethora of delicious food options. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tokyo!

This is my 2nd booking for my this Tokyo trip. My earlier booking was from another provider. The hotel is so amazing that I cancel my other hotel booking and extended here via Trip.com. This hotel is so amazing, its clean, many amenities you can pick from shampoo, body wash, serum and even some supplements from the front desk every day. They provide pyjamas as well. After your daily sightseeing/shopping walks, you can come back to amazing onsen access. You take a bath and soak in the hot onsen to help woth sore legs and fatigue. There is a ladies only floor as well(which i stayed in my first booking). There is a FREE open bar daily from 5 to 8pm, and they randomly extend it to 9pm. Last but not least, they staff is polite, helpful and overall amazing! Special callout to night shift Washida San when I was there. He was super helpful to get me moved from my first room booking to my 2nd one and help accommodate me on some of my requests. I would definitely return again. Thank you to the wonderful hotel team! P.S.- they have resident dog ”Au” (robot dog in pic) super cute and was responsive to me :)

The room is clean and the bed is big enough to sleep well. The staff is friendly and polite. 15 minutes walking distance from the west exit of Ikebukuro. At 500 a night in Ikebukuro, it is quite affordable
