I recently stayed at this newly designed hotel and was impressed by its modern aesthetics. The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel offered a wide selection of amenities. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring small-sized portions of various dishes, allowing me to sample many options. The only downside was the hotel's distance from the nearest subway station.
I booked Nikko Daibas as 12 mins drive away to Tokyo Big sight exhibition. The arrival experience is really good as I took midnight flight and when I arrived hotel 10.30am, the room is ready for me. That's really lovely of the manager. Very appreciated the gesture of this hotel. The room 32 is considered spacious enough for me usually I stay in hotel >40m2, so this 35m2 is average standard.
Upon arrival and check-in to my room , which is 2137 ( I booked bay view room ) I made myself a cup of coffee with their Nespresso machine in the room and drink a bottle of water. They provide 4 bottles of water per day with daily amenities like- toothbrush/slipper/skincare/standard shampoo etc. The housekeeping is very satisfying.
Arrival and departure experience are very good as well. The bellboy and the staffs are very polite and friendly, totally love their Japanese gesture. Absolutely different from UK/Europe hotels.
Hotel Nikko is very big hotel with many rooms with 3 breakfast location. Above all the satisfaction points, I have some feedbacks :
1. Cafe Lobby/Grand Restaurant breakfast section are SUPER Long que- I stayed 4D3N, I managed to have my breakfast 1 day at Cafe Lobby another day at 30th floor SuShi breakfast set which I will share together with the reviews.
2.The Bed/Pillows are not very comfortable with me, I can't sleep well at nights, took me hours to fall asleep
3. I have 6 breakfast coupons for single person , so I am allowed to use for room service / high tea, anyway I am very busy at exhibition and also their good quality didn't meet my expectations.
We had a fantastic experience staying at the Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from Shiomi Station, making it super easy to access central Tokyo and Tokyo Disneyland.
The room was spotless, modern, and surprisingly spacious by Tokyo standards. I especially appreciated the comfortable Simmons bed, the relaxing ambiance, and the thoughtful layout. The public bath and sauna facilities were a real highlight — perfect for winding down after a busy day of sightseeing.
Breakfast at the on-site restaurant, Tide Table Shiomi, offered a great selection of both Western and Japanese dishes, all fresh and delicious. The hotel also has a Family Mart convenience store, which was incredibly handy.
This hotel is a great option for families, couples, and even solo travelers. Whether you're visiting for Disney or exploring Tokyo, I highly recommend the Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay!

Although Odaiba is a very nice place, it is around an hour and twenty minutes by public transport far from Shinjuku, for example. I have stayed in two hotels in Odaiba, and I would always choose Grand Nikko, rather then Hilton. Hilton is old, in need of renovation, and there were small “mistakes” found in my room (see the photos). The queue for breakfast is unacceptable, I have experienced it only once in a five-star hotel. Breakfast needs to be more varied. As for the staff, they were quite professional and hospitable.
It's a functional hotel, with all amenities and location near to 2 stations which are easily accessible through foot bridge. Having a big mall access from hotel is also helpful. Location wise, team lab and some other touristy stuff is nearby but for most part, you will have to travel to city (although Rinkai line as direct trains to Sibuya and other places). Service wise, check in and check out are automated and smooth.
Nice hotel at Tokyo bay opposite Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai. Linked with Shijo-mae station. Room size was ok. Paid ¥2,200 for the buffet breakfast. Convenient store just in front of the main door
Absolute best location. 3 stops to Tokyo Station which takes you anywhere. Supermarket, 24 hr eatery and train station virtually right beside the hotel. Very quiet area despite being beside the train station.
Spacious room, sparkling clean. Love the bath tub and the separate toilet (so everyone can get ready in the morning faster). Comes with everything and the extras you could possibly ask for, including shoe dryer, microwave, ice making machine etc.
Best hotel we stayed in Tokyo so far. Will repeat the next visit.
A great hotel if a little hard to find initially. In a good area with open space and a very large mall; good for shopping and food.
Well connected with a subway station around the corner, and a riverboat pick-up spot nearby.
The rooms were good, although the bathroom was smaller than I’d expect. Shower over the (child-sized) bath was a bit 1980s. I think the difference between the first 3 room designations (up to Superior) is purely the outlook. But what a beautiful view, well worth it.
Also of note are the ‘public baths’. They are segregated because no swimwear is allowed - not so comfortable for Brits but well worth it. There are indoor and outdoor pools at 42 centigrade with a great view of Mount Fiji.
Bar was friendly, we didn’t eat in the very Western-style restaurant.
The hotel is just next to metro station. The room is considered bigger than other hotels in Tokyo. We stayed in the deluxe room for 2 adult 2 kids, and it is sufficient. The nearby mall has everything you need. Travel to Disneyland is only 30min by metro. A good stopover hotel for Disneyland.
Was attending an exhibition at Tokyo Big Sight, this hotel is excellent location, within walking distance with lots of food and shopping options nearby. Room is clean and spacious, amenities provided excellent and I was most impressed by the fuss free self service check in/out and the self service luggage storage. The hotel even has a weighing scale at the airport limousine waiting area, how thoughtful is that! Excellent all round, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and book again next trip!

Great
TTrishyIn general the room was clean, however we found a hair in the body wash provided by the hotel. Rooms are small, but that’s normal for Tokyo. Front desk staff were not very friendly. Location is not very convenient. Personally I won’t stay here next time.
GGuest UserThis time I stayed here to attend a fan meeting for K-pop idol group ATEEZ. The hotel was so beautiful, I felt like a celebrity! What I particularly liked was the number of mirrors. I was impressed that the bathroom door was a mirror! I'd like to stay here again the next time I have business in Ariake. Thanks to the hotel, I was able to enjoy the fan meeting to the fullest ♡ Thank you!
HHannaThe room is relatively large among hotels in Japan, and the price/performance ratio is relatively good. The location is very good, close to the Kachidoki subway station.
The sanitary conditions are also very good. At this price, it is highly recommended
GGuest UserAmazing hotel. Been going back this year as I stayed last year!!!!! Over the bridge across the hotel there is a 24/7 supermarket that has everything you want to buy!!!! Public bath is available at this hotel
GGuest UserIt was closer to the station than I expected, and the building was very clean and comfortable.
I was able to use the large public bath without it being too crowded.
I had plans so I couldn't stay until the last minute before check-out, which is a shame. The breakfast was delicious, so I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity, and I hope I can take my time.
The elevator takes a while to arrive, so it's best to leave with plenty of time when going out.
I was a bit worried because the only place to leave luggage was in the bathroom, so I had to bring my suitcase into the changing room.
Ooki explorerThis is a good location especially if you’re going to Disneyland. There are 3 train stations around the hotel within 5min walk. Its very convenient and spacious. Would stay there again. It is also close to Haneda airport. I don’t like to stay in the metropolitan area so this is a perfect location for us. They have lockers for early arrivals and also has a McDonalds attach to the hotel with convenient store. We also got a good view!!!
SSugarBThe price you pay is totally worth every penny. Clean capsule hotel with full amenities (cotton buds, loofah, toothbrush&toothpaste, razor, ear plugs) available. You will get a bag of towel together with pajamas set in the locker for you. Only 5 minute walk from Rinkai Line Shinnonone station. Truly great hotel!
