Location is perfect. It’s easy to get here from Narita airport and to go around the city and also to Kamakura. Many different metro lines are nearby.
Rooms are very small. But we were ready for that.
View from window was nice

Location was quite accessible. The view from my room was nice. Would come back to stay again if I’m visiting Sapporo again. Room was considerably spacious.

The hotel is convenient for traveling by metro, immediately after exiting to the right, there is an entrance to the subway. The staff is polite, just like everywhere else in Japan. Disadvantages: the choice of dishes for breakfast is small, breakfast cannot be excluded from the price. The dining room is very small and it is difficult to find a place for breakfast in the morning. I asked the staff to write down what the dishes are made of. But they refused to write what includes into dishes ( f.e. salad ingredients). They said that they need to coordinate the permission to describe the composition of the dishes with the management. But It wasn't wasn't agreed in all my 5 days stays. I don't eat meat, and there was meat in the vegetable salad. It is not visible from above, it was in the middle of the ”vegetable” salad. About safety, it's a separate complaint. On the night of 29-30/11/2024, at about 2:10 a.m., the fire alarm went off. The voice notification was in Japanese only, for about 40(!) minutes. With the help of a Google translator, I realized that needed to run outside. The staff should was find reason of problem. Actually it takes for a maximum of 15 minutes to find reason of 'fire” ( 1. to see on display correct place 2.to see by own eyeson both floors). After the signal in Japanese ended in 40 minutes, people began to come back. When people was going to fall asleep again, after 3-4 minutes the alert was swithed troug ht speakers again with the same text but in English. It was turned off in about 5 or 10 minutes. Afterwards in 5 minutes, they started setting up the notification (Japanese text was coming through the speakers). But that's not all. In the morning, at 6:30, a general ”good morning” alert went out thought speakers to the entire hotel. It was impossible to get enough sleep that night. The staff put a paper with apologies under everyone's door in the morning time. There was zero information about how many times and how long were swithed on speakers and other details and explanations of triggers. During this sleepless night, the visitors received only a formal letter. Obviously, there was no fire and they didn't write anything about the duration, numbers and reasons of all alarms. After this night - only a formal letter? It was possible to honestly admit that there was no fire and there are problems with the functioning of the fire safety warning system (EVACS).Conclusion: technically, the fire alarm system is not configured. The staff is not trained. In general, there are some risks.

This hotel is close to akihabara station and iwamotocho station. It is almost a 10~15min walk which can be a bit far if you have luggage. But since we can access two train stations it was easy to travel to other major cities. There are also many restaurants in the area. However, the room might be a bit small if you need to open many luggages. And not much sunlight comes in so the room may be a bit dark. The employee at the front desk was very helpful.

Location is 10mins from Akiharaba station, 5mins from Iwamotocho station which is quite alright for us as everywhere is accessible
Do remember to request for more towels/ toiletries as I couldn’t get hold of the staff after the 1st night no matter from email/message the hotel for the past 4days stay even though there state I can contact them from 9am-9pm
Overall the rooms is quite alright for families to stay

The hotel itself is in a very quiet place. There are no noisy bars in a street. But there are a lot of places to drink and eat something on nearest streets. Except maybe breakfasts. Every day it was a quest for us to find anything in the morning. We didn’t buy breakfast in the hotel and did it only in check-out date, but breakfast was poor (but tasty).
Hotel’s location is very comfortable. There are at least 4 metro stations from which you can go anywhere in Tokyo. There are a lot of shopping malls near it also.

I had an absolutely amazing time at Aman Tokyo. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Other than that, I gained new experiences staying here. There are staff who are ready to help you recommend the various facilities. If I have a chance, I will recommend my friends to stay here as well.
Definitely a 100% great hotel to stay.
The staff at reception can speak English and helpful during the check in process. It was seamless and smooth.
Well explained the facilities and amenities provided.
I booked their room Good for One Plus which is spacious knowing Hotels in Japan are small.
They have coin laundry machine, a gym with threadmill and a shared kitchen with all you need. If you have take away foods from convenient store , late night snacks.
Great location just within 1minute by walking.
7/11 both sides. One Ramen Store outside the hotel. Not too many restaurants nearby. But if you are looking for a more quiet type of place this is perfect for you.
Breakfast not too many options but they are all delicious. I love the breakfast makes me full.
I always read reviews before I choose the hotel and Lyf Ginza Tokyo didn’t disappoint me at all! They are a great hotel especially the location in the middle of Shibuya and Asakusa.
Will definitely comeback again here in my next visit.

This is the second time I have stayed at this Mandarin Oriental Hotel. I feel that since it is during the New Year holiday, the service level is naturally in line with the Mandarin tradition and is very good, but there is always a little bit that makes me feel that it is not so good. For example, the concierge is sometimes absent and simply and politely refuses some reasonable requests. In many cases, I can't say too much about the specific content. Please understand.

The hotel is nice. Its location is very convenient to explore Tokyo and has many nice restaurants and places nearby.
The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful city view. We didn’t get breakfast, and there was a line of people to get breakfast every day. So we choose to explore breakfast cafes nearby and were right to do so.
Service was nice but had one unpleasant interaction with a receptionist when we asked to send out luggage. She looked annoyed with us and wasn’t helpful at all.

LLEELocation was super which is walking distance to Tokyo station, exit from Tokyo Yaesu Central exit and go down the underpass and exit from exit 22 via stairs (take note we did not managed to locate any lift to floor level, u can walked via main street to avoid carrying your luggage to the underground to train station).
Hotel provided alot of amenities which include face mask etc, complimentary coffee and tea provided during non breakfast hour near receptionist.
Room was sizable as we are managed to open 2 luggage at the same time.

SSimon YO LaiThe hotel location is very convenient and there are many good restaurants nearby. We suffered from serious flight delay when arriving but the hotel reception was very helpful and replied us by email that we could check-in even after midnight. They provided ucc drip coffee and other amenities like tooth brushes, bath towel, cotton sticks, etc. and there are 7-11, family mart, Lawson, etc nearby. It’s in a walking distance to Japan Bridge so we can walk to the department stores there. Overall speaking, it’s a very convenient and tidy hotel with helpful and polite staff, all speaking fluent English.

OOngkyDarmawanBooked and stayed 8 nights, what I can tell you is the location is perfect and close to restaurants, convenient store and train station.
the lobby had a machine where you can self-checkin despite midnight checkin, we arrived around midnight and used the machine to check-in. I believe only this hotel had this features where i am looking for midnight checkin hotel.
Commenting on the room, it rather smaller than i expect, perfectly fit for 2 people, but if you are with big luggage, do not expect big hallway and spacious movement. Very compact for short stay, not more than that.
Cleanliness is acceptable, had a laundry room and ice machine, my wife was so happy about it.
Lovely and helpful staff, you can also use the luggage transport to move your luggage to another hotel.

SShu FenOverall stay is okay if you don’t expect much. However the makeup room service policy is very confusing especially when you asked the cleaner if there’s a makeup room service today. Her answer is always NO! Just change towels and rubbish bags. We had to always call reception to ask and only 2 makeup room services( change bedsheets only) in our 8nights stay. Dirty sinks and dusty room when we finally checked out.
Plus points- nearby a few train lines and the microwave oven in the room.
Pictures are taken when we checkin.

GGuest UserWe are very happy with our stay at Hotel Sui Gynza Kyobashi by ABEST.
The staffs (every one) are excellent , we have met 2 male and 1 female staffs. Love their willingness to help us eg one of the staffs even serve the internet to shows us the directions. We also able to leave the luggage for few hours at the hotel after check out while waiting to go to the Airport.
They also provide free Udon and coffee.
The location is excellent- closed to JR , subway.
There are few convenient stores closed by.
Would love to stay here again for my next Japan trip.

BBella1249First so travel experience, and this was honestly quite good. The bathrooms were clean (aside from some hair here and there, but it’s a women’s hostel what do you expect) and cleaned daily, and the Wi-Fi was very fast. Got super dark in each pod which was perfect, and even in the summer, it wasn’t too hot (despite it saying there’s no AC there are some small units that keep the area a good temperature). I wish check in hours were a little more flexible especially considering that there’s no staff there anyway? But overall really good (close to many subway lines) and I would stay again for sure!!

GGuest UserThe overall feeling is good, the location is excellent, the facilities are clean, the hygiene is very good, and I am generally very satisfied. The front desk service is also enthusiastic, and can answer questions in detail. The attitude is amiable. I can come to live again in the future or introduce friends and relatives to come here, so that everyone can experience it.
