Everything was perfect, special thanks to the receptionist who booked me in and helpfully offered me late checkout, which was certainly appreciated. The receptionist at checkout was also excellent, very considerately noticed I was carrying a lot of coins and offered to change for me to notes. These small things really made all the difference, thank you! The hotel itself also excellent and my room was refurbished. It was expensive as I booked at the last minute during the holidays, but still worth it!

Room is big enough for family with kids, the king bed is big for 2 adults and 2 kids. They provide us a cot for my 4mth old baby as well. The bathroom is big and my kids love the bathtub. Breakfast and lounge are great too! The services are superb!! Highly recommended to everyone!!

The InterContinental Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The view from our window was breathtaking, offering stunning sights of the Yokohama Landmark Tower and the amusement park. The desserts on the second floor were also incredibly delicious. The breakfast spread on the first floor was wonderfully rich and diverse, truly offering excellent value for money! I'll definitely be staying here again. It's also conveniently located not far from Yokohama Chinatown, and an evening stroll in Yamashita Park was incredibly pleasant and relaxing.

Intercontinental hotel is very good 👍 I really amazed the cleanliness and the amenities is so good i like there shampoo and body soap really good and good smell but the location is far for my 3yrs old baby to go to the theme park because we need to walk for 10mins but over all it was great stay thank you!
