Very nice hotel located around an 8 min walk from Daimon, JR Hamamatsucho Station (which is the terminus of the Monorail from Haneda Airport), and Shiodome Station.
Room size isn’t too big but this is Tokyo. Room was cleaned every day and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was a buffet. I will say that the Japanese options like udon, ramen and the rice with soup were tastier than the Western options. The make-your-own croffle was my favourite part.

Location is the best, it’s easy to go anywhere and lots of high end department store and restaurants nearby. mtr just downstairs, no need to worry about rainy days. Breakfast is absolutely delicious tho mostly it’s Japanese.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mitsui Garden Hotel Jingugaien Tokyo Premier, and it was a truly exceptional experience. This modern hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Tokyo, with stunning views of the Imperial Palace and beautiful gardens.
The room was spacious, stylishly decorated, and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was sleek and well-appointed, with a delightful rain showerhead.
The hotel's location is ideal for exploring Tokyo's main attractions, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.
One of the standout features of this hotel is its beautiful garden, which offers a serene oasis in the midst of the bustling city. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring and their public bath!
Overall, I highly recommend the Mitsui Garden Hotel Jingugaien Tokyo Premier for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and stunning location.

Location is good located in center of Tokyo.
You can easy to go to Tokyo station.
Room is big enough, service is good.
And you even can do self-checking at Hotel front.
The hotel embodies a traditional Japanese style, offering a quaint charm. While the facilities might not be the latest, the exceptional service more than compensates for this.
Conveniently located, the hotel is surrounded by several convenience stores, ensuring essentials are always within reach. However, dining options are somewhat limited in the immediate vicinity, and the nearest subway station requires an 8-minute walk.
A notable advantage is the tranquility of the area, likely due to its business district location, making it an especially comfortable choice for a stay in Tokyo.

Checking into hotel was easy. Staff was helpful. Language wise still able to communicate with English. Lobby staff was attentive and will press the lift when I'm walking to that direction. I had informed the staff that I will need a late check out and was informed that they will only allow up to 12.30pm (normal check out time is 12pm). But during check out day, the staff had called to my room and informed me that check out time is past 12pm. And the words they used are not professional. Telling me that if I did not check out before 12.30pm, they will charge extra as per night. They will need to improve on this.

First time staying at this hotel and the experience was very nice! It was close to GINZA six and train station which was convenient as I hang around Minato area during my entire stay of 10 nights. The service was lovely. The room quite spacious for Tokyo. Thankyou.
A great hotel if a little hard to find initially. In a good area with open space and a very large mall; good for shopping and food.
Well connected with a subway station around the corner, and a riverboat pick-up spot nearby.
The rooms were good, although the bathroom was smaller than I’d expect. Shower over the (child-sized) bath was a bit 1980s. I think the difference between the first 3 room designations (up to Superior) is purely the outlook. But what a beautiful view, well worth it.
Also of note are the ‘public baths’. They are segregated because no swimwear is allowed - not so comfortable for Brits but well worth it. There are indoor and outdoor pools at 42 centigrade with a great view of Mount Fiji.
Bar was friendly, we didn’t eat in the very Western-style restaurant.

TTsz WaiGood location, very convenient to go to other places. Food served during breakfast is good, but I suggest to change the menu more often. Staying for 3 days and having the same dishes really make me feel…

NNumeeleeChic, comfy, and warm welcome. I’ve been to Tokyo so many times. I would say this hotel is top tier in both ambiance and service. Stuff always greeted us. They were friendly and helpful. On the day I had to check out to go to the airport, there was construction on the hotel road. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to call our pickup car for rearranging a new meeting spot. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood. Also, it’s easy to walk to Tokyo dome and LaQua, which have a variety of restaurants and shops. Don’t forget to visit the Koishikawa park, which is nearby. From hotel vibes, I think this hotel is a great choice for female travellers too.
NNatasha L.The rooms are larger than many other hotels I have stayed at for the same price. Also, the location is very conveniently located in Ginza and many restaurants and the subway station is nearby. I would 100% stay here again in the future. The front desk and concierge were very helpful and friendly. They were able to keep our luggage when we checked out because there is no free late check out (must pay) which is fine. There is no gym/exercise room or pool or onsen at this hotel but the bathtub is a nice size if you want to relax after a long day!
KKa Yan SandyPerfect Location!!! The room were comfortable, especially the bathroom, I love the Bath Tub 👍🏻Cleanliness !!! Don’t forget to enjoy the Public Bath on 2nd floor. Hotels provided Good quality complimentary water bottles 💧
If you feel tired in a Full Day Schedule, please book the restaurant at 2nd floor - SHARI. After a Big dinner, you can enjoy the Hot Bath.
I highly recommend Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza - Gochom for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!
