Right next to everything you need. A lot cleaner and quieter than staying at APA hotel or any other business type hotels. Recommend staying at the tower rooms. I did not hear any noise from other guests or families with children

This hotel is all you need as a solo traveler. I loved the location, it’s not far from subway station (the hotel is marked even at the subway map). Easy to reach Airport Express station and popular areas like Shibuya, Shinjuku and Harajuku. The staff was really friendly and helpful, the room was small but there was enough room for my opened suit case. The fact that this hotel has its own laundry is a huge advantage. So you could bring less cloth for your trip, just wash it there. Aircon is a blessing in the summer, but do not leave it for a night. Even on low mode it’s very powerful (i got sick because of it). Strongly recommend it. If I come to Tokyo once more, I will stay here

Clean hotel room, great customer service. It was very small in size but had what we needed. Had some issues with the air con, only the fan was working during our stay. Otherwise was great, perfect location with lots of restaurants and stations nearby, and a local temple. Room service provided every 3 days.

The Front Desk service was excellent. Even before check-in the e-mail communication was good. Room was clean, bed was comfy. There is construction going on nearby during my 2 night stay but I was not bothered by any noise. This hotel is located near Sengakuji metro and Keikyu line station, so it is convenient to travel to/from Haneda airport. Take exit A2 if you need lift access (from street level to ticket gate level; there is only stairs from ticket gate level to platform).

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is near the convention and exhibition. There are many places to eat and you can go shopping in the mall. It is very convenient. You can also see the scenery of Macau next to it. good

Excellent location, just 2 mins walk to Kayabacho Station which accessible to Ginza and Tokyo station, Lawson/7-11/Family Mart just beside the hotel, our go-to place for dinner and supper. Room is small but acceptable with the price tag, Staff is not very helpful and have some attitude, they will stick to their SOP and step by step, you cant even ask a question when they processing check in, they will tell you ”just wait” very disappointed with the service, but super happy with the conveniency. Not impressed with the hotel room so never take a picture.

All ammenities equipment for your room can take at main lobby CONS 1. The rooms have aircond but due to winter, reception ask to guest open the window for air ventilation. During midnight & early morning you can heard train operation without alarm. Even winter session, your room are still hot ye.

Arrived at Tokyo big sight exhibition hall, booked this hotel, which is Shin-Koiwa Station on Sobu Line. The line is far, commuting takes more than 70 minutes, not suitable. Maybe suitable for other places. The room is of course not big, but it is indeed very close to the subway station. It takes 3/4 minutes to get there after the traffic light downstairs. It is noisy at night, and the subway will start to sound after 5 o'clock. It is best to close the window. The room has only 3 settings of air conditioning, all of which are warm and hot air, and the small bathroom has cold and hot water. The socket is 2-hole instead of 3-hole, and an adapter is required. There is no need to check the room when checking out, just give the key and leave. There are restaurants on both sides of the subway station, and there are only a few Chinese restaurants. Food is no problem. Booked together, the average price per night is nearly 590 yuan, which is a bit expensive and not cost-effective.

The entrance of the hotel looked quite shabby, but don’t be fooled by it. The rooms were extremely clean. We had housekeeping every day. Additionally, there were complimentary amenities that you wouldn’t expect from a three star hotel. The hotels in Europe with three stars will give you nothing basically. The hotel was 10 minutes by walking to the subway station, which directly takes you to do Haneda airport. There is also another subway station which is five minutes by walking, and this line takes you to all the places where you need to be. I’m quite satisfied with the work of this hotel and will definitely think of staying here in my next visit.

Good price and sooooooo GOOD LOCATION not to far from train station, walk around 3-5 minutes from station. And it easily to take the train to Shinjuku because you haven’t change the train line. The room is small but not the problem but i can’t find the way to close the heaters and open the air conditioner, so i had to open the window at night for the cold weather for good sleeping. 👍🏻 the hotel will be remain in my list for next trip if i’d have plan to visiting Tokyo.
