房間清潔不錯，但是整個房間衹有一個充電的插座在床下面很難找到，我們是推開床後才找到插座。現在出行都是電器，手機，充電寶，電腦都需要充電，一個插座怎麼使用。
酒店臨街晚上來往的車子聲音很大無法安睡。更可氣的是停車位，我們是自駕的住酒店都需要停車位，網上掛的免費停車吸引我們入住他的酒店，但到我們辦理入住卻怎麼也找不到停車位與前台溝通，前台英語不好，溝通困難又不帶我們去，無賴之下去到酒店提供的收費停車場，更可惡的是收費停車場到酒店距離有500米遠。

Booked this 3 star hotel only to be put in a 2 star hostel across the road. Not a good start. Room was not awful, but below the standard I expected. Overall disappointing. And there was no free parking available

Arrived late, 9.30 pm. Receptionist knew us by name, was very helpful and offered information on free parking and restaurants nearby. The receptionist couldn't have been more pleasant. I'd thoroughly recommend this pet friendly hotel/hostal. The room is spotless.

Hôtel à 5 min à pied de la ville. Personnel accueillant et serviable, chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Les bémols : le parking près de l'hôtel n'est pas entièrement gratuit, les chambres sont petites et la literie est très ferme. Nous avons payé au alentour de 55€ grâce à la réduction d'un site bien connu; c'est ce que valait la prestation.

Una noche en el hostal trípoli de lujo calidad precio chollo.... Limpio ,tranquilo, a 10min del centro paseando por calles con cuestas.... pero el bus también te sube por 2,50eur.. La segunda noche ellos mismos nos ofrecieron un apartamento... A 20metros del hostal trípoli ...madre mía por 7eur más encantados para volver con los niños ,todo parece nuevo Ahhh decir que este alojamiento si tiene parkimg gratis...el hostal no Un acierto total Vistas Alcázar de noche maravillosas

Todo perfecto,cómodo y limpio.... La chica de recepción muy atenta nos ofreció agua fresca con el día d Poniente q hacía hasta recuperarnos ya q veníamos en moto Aconsejó pagar para ver la catedral .... impresionante... Visca Valencia ...

Estuvimos muy bien, la habitación perfecta y limpia, muy cerca del casco antiguo no está, hay que andar un poco y cuesta arriba, aconsejo coger el bus que para cerca. Los trabajadores muy atentos. Volvería a ir de nuevo

Un horror. Llegamos el viernes a las 23h (después de haber advertido al hotel que llegaríamos a esa hora y nos dijeron que no habría problema) y nos dieron una HABITACIÓN RECIÉN PINTADA de ese día. Obviamente no podíamos dormir ahí y no tenían otra habitación disponible así que pedí que nos devolvieran el dinero para buscar otro sitio cuanto antes. Se han negado y hasta el día de hoy siguen sin devolvernoslo. Me parece de muy poca vergüenza que cometas tal error y aún así no quieras simplemente solventarlo, que no ya compensarlo. No vayáis.
