Hotel Poblado Coveñas

I stayed at this hotel with my family for four nights and five days. I must say that, in my opinion, it's the hotel with the best beach access in the area. The sea is beautiful, and they offer free parasols and hammocks. The restaurant offers a varied menu at affordable prices, providing excellent value. Areas for improvement: the building's design means the pools receive very little sun during the day, so they can feel a bit cold and confined. Similarly, there are no access ramps between the rooms on the upper floors and the second-floor pool, so despite being so close, you have to go down and back up to access that area and the second-floor bar. The hotel plays loud indoor music by the pool and beach, which doesn't make for easy relaxation or reading. Basically, music plays all day at a volume that I find unpleasant, and it reaches the rooms until approximately 10 p.m. And the worst part of all are the rooms on the first floor behind the bar and next to the social area behind the beach. Although they have no windows (which makes you feel like you're in a prison), they aren't soundproofed, so you hear the noise from the bar and social area until the early hours of the morning, a situation we experienced on our first night. However, once we complained to reception, we were moved to another room where we were able to rest comfortably. They should also add clotheslines in the bathroom. And if you're not one of those who takes cold showers, it's important to know that they don't have hot water. In conclusion, it's a good hotel that could become excellent, improving its approach and definitely eliminating those windowless rooms that look more like prison cells.

El hotel poblado brinda un servicio de hospedaje maravilloso para visitar la playa. La limpieza de cada uno de sus espacios, la comodidad de las habitaciones, los servicios de bar, restaurante, boutique, cafe y heladería, ponen todo a tu mano. La amabilidad de las personas que atienden es fantástica.

Ya he estado en varias oportunidades en Hotel Poblado, según los comentarios negativos, para mi concepto es el mejor hotel de la zona, habitaciones confortables, instalaciones agradables, zonas húmedas excelentes, el personal de recepción siempre dispuesto a brindarme una estadía grata, esto significa que si hay disponibilidad de habitación me la entregan inmediatamente (horas de la mañana). Desayuno agradable y variado, es entendible que en temporada alta todos los lugares se vuelven lentos y demorados y este no es la excepción sin embargo no me quejo ya que he trabajado en hotelería y se cómo es el tema, humildemente sigue siendo mi hotel preferido en Coveñas.

Después de haber pasado una Mala experiencia en otro hotel en coveñas, tuvimos la fortuna de encontrar este hotel que cambio nuestra experiencia anterior y nos devolvió la alegría y la amplia sonrisa a nuestros rostros. Desde ya estamos planeando regresar a vacacionar con nuestra familia, nos gustaría volver a hospedarnos allí, totalmente recomendado. Muy mal servicio, nos robaron unas argollas de la habitación durante el momento del asea y de la administración no hicieron nada. Lo peor fue que en días anteriores se nos quedó un repelente en el restaurante y cuando volvimos por el la respuesta fue que ellos no respondían por lo que se quedara en las mesas, queda uno como cliente muy inconforme, porque siempre se dice el número de la habitación y lo que uno espera es que le guarden las cosas. Que mal que un hotel con el prestigio que tiene no valore a los clientes y más aún con los precios que manejan.

Es muy bueno, en temporada suben un poco los precios. Aceptan mascotas, pero debes pagar un precio por ello. Voy con frecuencia.} Se puede en grupos grandes, familia. Es buena la atencion. Desayunos tipo bufete, es variado y bueno, Recomiendo al hotel tener comida tipica de medellin. como calentado en el desayuno.
